Honored trainers in rhythmic gymnastics. Rhythmic gymnastics coach Individual lessons for a child in rhythmic gymnastics

Rhythmic gymnastics is an aesthetic and popular sport in Russia. Studying in numerous schools and sections, young gymnasts develop flexibility and grace, acquire willpower and the desire to win. Parents who dream of a successful sports career for their child take a responsible approach to choosing an educational institution and a coach in this difficult discipline.

How to choose a rhythmic gymnastics coach

There are no random people in this sport. Among the coaches teaching rhythmic gymnastics in Moscow, there are true masters of their craft, whose students have become World and European Champion titles and Olympic medalists. As a rule, the names of leading experts in this field are well known in sports circles. Such trainers have developed an individual approach to classes, have professional experience and a special program. If parents do not set themselves the goal of raising a champion, and rhythmic gymnastics classes are needed only for general physical and aesthetic development, then the help of an instructor from a district school or sports club will do. The trainer will help you choose the level of load that suits the child’s individual characteristics and age. Often such classes are a combination of choreography and fitness elements.

What should a rhythmic gymnastics coach be like?

The key factors determining the choice of clients are often the personal experience and length of service of the trainer. As a rule, parents ask to tell in more detail about teaching methods, the educational program of the institution and the past achievements of the instructor. Experienced teachers know that the results of students largely depend on the individual characteristics of the child and innate potential. The coach’s task is to establish personal contact with the students, to be able to tactfully point out mistakes to the child, stimulating them to achieve their goals within the prescribed time frame. Sport is unthinkable without discipline. The coach must be equally able to support it, without suppressing young athletes, because girls begin to engage in rhythmic gymnastics at a very young age - from 3-4 years old, classes last from 1 to 5 hours a day and take place 3-6 times a week. In their eyes, mentors become second parents, from whom they expect sensitivity and understanding. A personal meeting between parents and child with the instructor and a trial lesson in a group will help determine whether the instructor’s qualifications meet expectations and make the right decision.

Pros: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the site team for selecting a coach for our kids. We were offered Irina Nikolaevna Gavrilova. This is a specialist of the highest class. From the first minutes of meeting our girls, Irina Nikolaevna was able to establish contact with them and find an approach to each of them. And this is not so simple, since we have four twin girls growing up, each with a very strong, independent character. Irina Nikolaevna worked with girls in a group and individually. She was tasked with the general physical development of children; teaching fitness for kids with elements of baby yoga. After just two weeks, a positive result became noticeable: the girls became more flexible and physically active. In individual lessons, Irina Nikolaevna was able to find a key for each of them, based on their physical and psychological characteristics. And most importantly, the children were happy to go to classes, waited for them and always worked with emotional enthusiasm. But as you know, desire and aspiration are more than half the success in any business. And besides, children are the best indicators of human relationships. And our girls sought to communicate with the coach, because they felt that Irina Nikolaevna was a wonderful soul. Kind, sincere, hardworking, loving children. She does not rest on her laurels in working with clients and is constantly looking for ways to diversify the methods and forms of work, support the desire of children, and promote their physical and personal growth. And she regularly works on herself in order to achieve even greater heights in her profession. We really hope to continue cooperation with Irina Nikolaevna. The children are used to it and want to continue their studies. I would like classes with this trainer to become a system and achieve the ultimate goal - the general physical strengthening and improvement of the kids. I am happy to recommend Irina Nikolaevna Gavrilova as a trainer in rhythmic gymnastics, fitness, and yoga. Her work deserves the highest rating - 5+. I thank the site team for their high professionalism and quality of services provided. This company works for results. Sincerely. Tsyganova Oksana Anatolyevna.. Gymnastics Stretching

One of the most popular sports is, which combines elegance and grace. It is not surprising that this beautiful sport is increasingly attracting girls from a very early age. Having made a decision, you should seriously think about choosing the right sports school and coach.

What to look for when choosing a trainer

Choosing a good rhythmic gymnastics coach is not easy. He must be a professional in his field and at the same time easily find a common language with children.

Girls come to gymnastics from the age of five to six, and sometimes earlier. At this age, children are very mobile and flexible, and with the sensitive guidance of a trainer they can easily perform the necessary exercises.

Before choosing a coach, you need to decide for what purpose the baby will attend rhythmic gymnastics lessons.

Most often, the main goal is the full physical development of children. Proper regular training contributes to the harmonious development of the child. Girls develop correct posture, their figure becomes slender and fit, and their movements become light, graceful and graceful.

Regular exercise can form useful habits, and also help develop confidence, cultivate patience and willpower.

The nearest sports school may be suitable for this purpose. The trainer here will help the child get comfortable and select the necessary load for him.

When the main goal is to achieve great results in sports, it is necessary to approach the choice of a good mentor with all responsibility. To do this, it is best to choose an individual trainer who will conduct individual training with the child. It is necessary to pay attention to a private experienced master who has achieved high success in sports and is now ready to pass on his experience to beginners.

A teacher who knows his job will be able to instill a love of sports and help the child believe in himself.

Very often, after the first lesson, parents want to hear whether their child will be successful in sports, whether she can eventually become a champion. No coach will answer these questions, since it is not possible to immediately determine the child’s further athletic development. Only after a year of constant training will it be clear what the girl is capable of.

What qualities should a coach have?

The profession of a rhythmic gymnastics coach requires the presence of certain knowledge and skills. It is best to choose a teacher who has a higher or secondary vocational education related to physical education and sports. An excellent option would be a coach with the title of Master of Sports of Russia, who will help the future athlete reach a high level in rhythmic gymnastics.

A good trainer must have various professional qualities necessary for his successful work.

First of all, you should pay attention to:

  • Personal experience and coaching experience of the mentor.

The personal successes in the sports career of the coach himself, his victories and awards can say a lot about him. The experience of coaching assumes how many years the teacher has been successfully working as a coach and what results his students have been able to achieve over several years.

  • Development and progress of coaching.

The results of a coach’s work primarily depend on the successful performances of his students and the awards they receive.

  • Correct attitude towards students

A real coach must be strict and fair, but not devoid of kindness and understanding. He will competently point out all the inaccuracies, be able to interest and motivate the gymnast for further work, and also direct her to achieve better results. If necessary, a good mentor will support and comfort his mentee.

  • He knows and knows how to find a common language with his students.

Girls spend a long time in training, where there is constant communication with the teacher. Therefore, it is very important to choose a good coach who will be able to find mutual understanding with your child from the first minutes of meeting you. In the future, this is what plays a big role in the development of female athletes.

Not everything depends on the mentor

A lot depends on the mentor, he is of great importance in the development of the athlete, he helps, guides and supports. But the growth of sporting achievements is possible only with their well-coordinated joint work. A gymnast must have great desire and perseverance, and work hard for results. She is required to be completely dedicated to training, only in this case can she achieve great success.

An athlete should strive to develop the qualities she needs, such as:

Thanks to incredible efforts and cultivation of the most important qualities, the girl’s success will be guaranteed. At the same time, great opportunities may open up in the future; she may be noticed and offered to train with outstanding athletes, honored coaches of Russia in rhythmic gymnastics.

How to choose the right sports school

The choice of a sports school plays an important role in the development of a future athlete. The hall for conducting lessons and performances in rhythmic gymnastics must comply with technical conditions and standards.

  • The gym should be spacious enough with a high ceiling, the floor should be flat with carpet.
  • The sports training room should be equipped with choreography machines, mirrors, and ladders to help master complex exercises.
  • The hall must be equipped with ventilation, have good lighting and optimal room temperature for comfortable training of gymnasts.

At the beginning of sports activity, it is not always possible to practice in well-equipped gyms. Therefore, you can choose an area for training in a gym that is not equipped for gymnastics. There are many cases when future gymnasts began training in such halls and achieved great victories, actively participating in various competitions and tournaments.

Even if you attend the best rhythmic gymnastics school, you cannot achieve high results without an experienced coach.

Therefore, the main deciding factor will be the choice of a competent coach, who has behind him many successful students who have ever participated in the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships.

Before making a responsible decision on choosing a sports club for rhythmic gymnastics classes, it is important for the girl’s parents to personally communicate with the future coach. It would be best if the child first goes to a trial lesson and decides whether he is comfortable studying with this particular teacher and, taking into account the child’s opinion, make a choice together.

And who knows, maybe this step is the beginning of a successful sports career for your child and she will become the future Russian Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics.

    Choreography training is carried out during the full training period for athletes. It is present in warm-ups, exercises, all training and learning combinations of movements. But the huge role of choreography in gymnastics does not make it the ultimate goal of training. Choreographic training in sports has its own specifics:
  • It is a component of the educational process and is used without interruption from the study of movements and exercises;
  • A choreography teacher has to focus on a short time frame for training, because choreography is not the main part of gymnasts’ training, and the time allotted for it by the program is quite limited.
Classical dance in gymnastics The school of classical dance is considered the basis for both rhythmic gymnastics and choreography in general. For many centuries, classical dance was formed from the traditions and cultural characteristics of different peoples, and then repeatedly streamlined by various experts and choreographers. In modern gymnastics, only part of the entire array of information about classical dance is used, but the data used is sufficient for the development of musicality and the development of dance performance in gymnasts. A classical dance lesson in gymnastics consists of the following parts:
  1. Exercise - practicing movements at the machine to develop stability and flexibility. These types of exercises are performed in strict sequence:
  • Demi and grand plié;
  • Batman tandu and Batman tandu-zhete;
  • Ron de jamb par ter;
  • Batman fondue;
  • Batman frappe and batman double frappe;
  • Ron de jamme en ler;
  • Petit Batman sur le cou-da-pied;
  • Batman Rolevelian and Batman Devlöppe;
  • Grand batman jette.
  1. Small and large adagio in the center of the hall;
  2. Allegro - small and large jumps.
Classical dance defines three main hand positions learned in training:
  • First, the elbows and wrists form a curve, the arms are raised in front at the level of the stomach;
  • Third - elbows and wrists in the same position as in the first position, but arms raised above the head;
  • The second is that the arms are held in a rounded manner, open in opposite directions at shoulder level.
During training, gymnasts learn the correct transition from one position to another and back - to the preparatory position, in which the arms hang down freely, but do not touch the gymnast's body and are not pulled forward. There are five positions for the legs. They are taught turning their face to the machine, in a strictly defined order:
  • The first is feet on the same line, toes apart, heels together;
  • The second is the same position as the first, except for the position of the heels, the distance between them is equal to the length of the foot;
  • Third - feet touching, feet closed;
  • Fifth - feet together, the heel of one leg is pressed to the toe of the other;
  • Fourth - the feet are parallel, the distance of the foot remains between them.
Exercises at the barre The machine is a tool for training sports and dance choreography. It is used by ballerinas, folk, classical and modern dancers. In gymnastics, the barre is intended not only for teaching positions, but also for warming up, which is often combined with musical tasks. A general choreography course for gymnasts always begins with learning basic terms and practicing them in positions:
  • Aplomb - exercises to maintain stability and develop it;
  • An deor - an exercise for moving the legs in the forward-backward direction;
  • An dedan - an exercise for moving the legs back and forth;
  • Preparation - preparatory movement before starting exercises;
  • Basic and conditional ku-de-pie - the placement of one leg on the ankle of the other (supporting);
  • Degrees - determining the location of the working leg to the supporting leg.
When gymnasts master the basic stances, movements and understand which term corresponds to which exercise, training in dance poses begins. There is no clear sequence for studying them, but usually trainers independently select the most correct order in which students first master simple poses, then complex ones. Among the most important and common poses:
  • Epolman - turning the body half-turn towards the audience;
  • Croise - a pose closed in the main direction;
  • Eface - a pose open in the main direction;
  • Alenzhe - the hand is lowered, palm down, the hand is not rounded;
  • Croise back and forth - alternating poses in which the leg is closed either in front or behind;
  • Eface back and forth - the principle is the same as in croise, only with the legs opening;
  • Ecarte back and forth - opening one side of the body towards the working arm in the second or third position, followed by changing sides and arms;
  • Arabesque (from 1 to 4) - a combination of different positions of the arms and legs, in which the body is in point 3 or point 8, the position of the hands changes, and head turns are also practiced.
After studying the basic poses, the training continues with their variations and combinations in positions such as “a la seconde”, “tempo par te re” and others. Tour liang and port de bras Tour liang and port de bra are one of the most common, but at the same time the most difficult positions of classical choreography in gymnastics. Their study begins in the older age group of gymnasts, and their execution can allow them to get a high score in a performance or, conversely, cause a serious mistake if they move incorrectly. Tur liang is a slow rotation around an axis by 360 degrees. Recently, it has become one of the most difficult and spectacular movements in rhythmic gymnastics, so many coaches and athletes want to include it in the program. But to practice tur liang, you need to undergo four years of training, which provides basic knowledge and choreography skills. This rotation is designed to maintain the athlete's original pose before moving into larger poses. Port de bras involves the correct progression of hand positions in combination with the basic choreographic positions of the legs and torso. The main factor in performance is rhythm, which allows you to maintain the synchronicity of the transition. There are six types of por de bras, which are studied sequentially - from the first year of gymnastics training to the fourth.
