Features of teaching swimming to babies

The main condition is that learning should be enjoyable for the child. Therefore, game elements are constantly used during classes. A set of exercises is compiled for the baby, which should preserve and develop the innate swimming reflex that is initially present in every child, which gradually disappears by the third month of life. Therefore, if the time to start classes has been missed, and you have not decided to start teaching your baby to swim in such a early age, later a completely different technique is used.

A child should not feel forced during swimming lessons. If he does not want to do some exercise or is tired of being in the water, you cannot insist on continuing the activity. Both the baby and his mother should receive only positive emotions from visiting the pool. Each lesson begins with gymnastics, for which approximately half the time is allocated - 15 minutes. This is followed by a fifteen-minute swimming session.

Children's Development Center "Children's Park" is a place where children can spend useful, fun and interesting time of different ages, and their mothers. Our center also has a wonderful swimming pool for children up to one year old and older, in which classes are taught by competent instructors with extensive practical experience. A trainer who is himself a father of four children works with the youngest children. All instructors are very kind, friendly and charismatic; they easily manage to find an approach to the most capricious “swimmers”. Children visit our pool up to the age of eight inclusive. The form of classes can be group or individual.

The pool itself complies with Russian and European standards for the design and equipment of structures of this type. It is shallow, always filled with clean water at a comfortable temperature for the child - 30-32°C. The swimming pool is subject to strict hygiene control and all areas are cleaned regularly.

By the way, now you can get a certificate for a child to go to the swimming pool directly in the Park (this service is provided by our partner: the children’s clinic “Child”). The doctor will arrive at a certain time, take a test from the baby, and the very next day the therapist will examine the child and issue a certificate! Registration for an individual lesson with a teacher is possible with a 100% advance payment, since the teacher comes exclusively for lessons with your child and we will not be able to sign up others for this time. SUBSCRIPTION RULES

Visits to the pool are by appointment and prepayment for the entire calendar month.

FAMILY SWIMMING GROUPS UP TO 4 YEARS OLD SOFT PASS

The maximum group size is 10 children plus one adult for each. The price includes a sauna. If you cannot visit the pool for some reason, notify us no later than 24 hours in advance by phone - the lesson will be saved and you can use it to visit the pool at another time in the current month, subject to availability. If you buy a subscription for each subsequent month, the saved lessons can be sailed in any month until the end of the season (the Center closes for the summer break). If you have not purchased a subscription for the next month, then the classes saved in the past month are not transferred to the next month, are not compensated or restored.

FAMILY SWIMMING GROUPS UP TO 4 YEARS OLD STRICT PASSION

On weekends open classes in family groups take place on the first and third Sunday and on the first and third Saturday. On other days, we ask chaperones/helpers/guests to wait for swimmers in the locker room. This is in the interests of our youngest visitors - a large number of spectators distracts the little ones.

Attention! Rules for visiting the pool

Adults are required to wear replacement shoes and a hat. Our youngest guests from 0 to one and a half years swim STRICTLY in special disposable diapers for the pool.

The following information is required

• for your child - test results for worms and enterobiasis and a certificate from the pediatrician,
• for you - the results of tests for worms and enterobiasis and a certificate from a therapist.

The validity period of tests and certificates for both adults and children is 3 months.

We ask you to carefully monitor your children while swimming and take them to the toilet or potty on time; for the little ones, check their diapers. We monitor the purity of the water, so if the water is contaminated by your baby’s feces, be prepared to reimburse part of the costs for replacing the water and canceling other sessions. The amount of the fine is determined individually depending on the amount of the invoice issued by FOC Torpedo, approximately from 5 to 7 thousand rubles. According to sanitary rules, only swimwear and a change of shoes are allowed in the pool area. If there are a lot of spectators, we may ask them to leave - this is in the interests of your children.
