REGIONAL OLYMPIAD FOR STUDENTS 2019

Location

The venue for the Regional Student Olympiad will be the Vozdvizhenskoye Park Hotel. Park Hotel "Vozdvizhenskoe" is a great opportunity to experience a new quality of relaxation. Participants

Students who are already 9 years old as of December 31, 2019, but have not yet turned 18, are invited to the Olympiad. Competitions are held in 2 age groups: 9-12 years old - youngest, 13-17 years old - older. Participants come to the Olympics accompanied by group leaders - 1 leader for every 8 children. Adults are also invited as judges and guests.

Please plan your arrival and departure times in Moscow taking into account the following information:

Judging of all works in the “PHOTOGRAPHY” category will take place in absentia, before the start of the Olympiad. To do this, work drawn up in strict accordance with the requirements of the regulations must be sent courier service or personally transferred to the International School of Tomorrow.

Price
Registration fee:

from school – 13,000 rubles;

for small teams (up to 10 people) and remote regions (over 1500 km from Moscow) - 9000 rubles.

Participant payment: 18,000 rub.

Group leader (based on 1 leader per 8 children):

Leader for the first eight children - FREE

Second, third and subsequent managers - 10,000 rubles.

Guest - 18,000 rub.

Payment must be made before January 25, 2020; for later payment, the cost increases by 10%.

The cost of participation and registration fee includes payment for food and accommodation for 6 days; work of the organizing committee and the judging team, rental of premises, medals, prizes, gifts and certificates.

Transfer (from the building International school to Voronovo and back) and individual transfers are paid separately.

Application

To participate in the Olympiad, your school must submit an application, after which you will be sent the necessary registration forms.

2. Certificate of no contact with infectious patients.

3. Medical policy.

4. A copy of the order of the educational institution appointing someone responsible for the life and health of children.

The All-Russian Olympiad for Schoolchildren is a massive annual event for working with gifted students in the Russian education system. This system covers 24 subject Olympiads for students of state, municipal and non-state educational organizations that implement educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.

The Olympiad is held during the academic year from September to May at set dates and includes four stages: school, municipal, regional and final. The final stage is carried out in the subjects Russian Federation selected based on applications.

Winners and runners-up final stage receive a diploma giving the right to enter, if they have a certificate without exams, any university in the Russian Federation in the profile of the Olympiad and are awarded a special prize from the Government of the Russian Federation.

The organizer of the Olympiad is the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, which approves the composition of the Central Organizing Committee and the composition of the Central Subject Methodological Commissions.

Participation in the stages of the Olympiad is determined by the Procedure All-Russian Olympiad schoolchildren (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated November 18, 2013 No. 1252 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on January 21, 2014, registration No. 31060), as amended by orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated March 17, 2015 No. 249 and dated December 17, 2015 No. 1488.

The Olympiad is held throughout the Russian Federation in 24 general education subjects. There is no fee for participation in the Olympiad.

The organizer of the school stage is the local government body responsible for management in the field of education.

The school stage of the Olympiad is held for students in grades 5-11 in 24 general education subjects, as well as for students in grade 4 in Russian language and mathematics.

Every student who wants to participate in this intellectual competition and is studying in one of the educational organizations of the municipality can take part in the school stage.

The parent (legal representative) of a student who has declared his participation in the Olympiad, no less than 10 working days before the start of the school stage of the Olympiad, confirms in writing that he is familiar with the Procedure and provides the organizer of the school stage of the Olympiad with consent to publish the Olympiad work of his minor child, including on the Internet information and communication network if he becomes a winner or prize-winner of the Olympiad stage. When publishing jury protocols and works of Olympiad winners and prize-winners on the Internet information and communication network, the following information about the student is indicated: surname and initials of the Olympiad participant, class; number of points; the subject of the Russian Federation.

The organizer of the school stage ensures the collection and storage of statements from parents ( legal representatives) students who have declared their participation in the Olympiad, have familiarized themselves with the Procedure and agree to publish the Olympiad works of their minor children on the Internet.

All those interested must be informed in advance by the organizer of the school stage about the location and procedure for participation in the school stage of the Olympiad. Responsibility for providing students with the opportunity to participate in the school stage lies with the heads of those educational organizations in which these students study.

If it is impossible to hold the school stage of the Olympiad in any educational organization, the organizer of the school stage is recommended to choose a site within the framework of the current organizational and technological model for holding the specified stage of the Olympiad in a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

At the school stage of the Olympiad, a participant in the Olympiad has the right to complete tasks for a class that is older than the one in which he is studying.

There is no quota for participation in the school stage of the Olympiad.

Students in grades 7-11 take part in the municipal stage of the Olympiad.

Organizer municipal stage Olympiad is a local government body that carries out management in the field of education.

The organizer sets the number of participants in the municipal stage of the Olympiad in each general education subject. He also forms lists of participants in this stage of the Olympiad, establishing the number of points for each general education subject and class required for participation in this stage of the Olympiad.

The following individuals take part in the municipal stage of the Olympiad:

Participants in this municipal formation in the current academic year of the school stage of the Olympiad, who completed tasks not lower than the 7th grade level and scored the number of points established by the organizer;

Winners and prize-winners of the municipal stage of the Olympiad of the previous academic year, continuing their studies in organizations that provide educational activities according to educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.

Students from grades 9 to 11 participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad:

Participants in the municipal stage of the Olympiad of the current academic year who have scored the required number of points established by the organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad in the subject and class;

Winners and prize-winners of the regional stage of the Olympiad of the previous academic year, continuing their studies in organizations carrying out educational activities in educational programs of basic general and secondary general education;

Citizens of the Russian Federation, students of grades 9 - 11 of organizations carrying out educational activities according to educational programs of basic general and secondary general education, located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, and foreign institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, which have specialized structural educational units in their structure.

To participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad, such students from the educational organization must be sent to the organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad, i.e. to the government body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation that carries out public administration in the field of education, a letter indicating information about students who will participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad. The subject of the Russian Federation is selected independently by the foreign establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Organizers of the regional stage

The number of participants in the final stage of the Olympiad is established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia at the proposal of the Central Organizing Committee of the All-Russian Olympiad for Schoolchildren.

The following individuals take part in the final stage of the Olympiad:

Participants in the regional stage of the Olympiad of the current academic year who have scored the number of points required for participation in the final stage of the Olympiad, established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia;

Winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the Olympiad of the previous academic year, continuing their studies in organizations carrying out educational activities in educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.

If in any subject of the Russian Federation not a single participant in the regional stage of the Olympiad has scored the number of points established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia to participate in the final stage of the Olympiad, by decision of the organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad of this subject of the Russian Federation, one participant in the regional competition may be sent to the final stage stage of the Olympiad of the current year, who scored the highest number of points (but not less than 50% of the number of points established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia).

Students of grades 5-8 of educational organizations who are participants in the regional stage of the Olympiad and who have scored the number of points required to participate in the final stage are allowed to participate in the final stage of the Olympiad if at the previous stages of the Olympiad they competed for at least 9th grade. This fact must be confirmed by the final results of the regional stage of the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation.
