36. Applicants for training have the right to provide information about their individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account when applying for training. The results of individual achievements are taken into account by awarding points for individual achievements and (or) as an advantage if the ranking criteria for the lists of applicants are equal.

Points awarded for individual achievements are included in the total of competition points.

The applicant submits documents confirming receipt of the results of individual achievements. To take into account the individual achievement specified in the Admission Rules, the submission of such documents is not required.

37. When admitting students to bachelor’s and specialty programs, the admissions committee of ITMO University can award points for the following individual achievements:

1) availability of champion and prize-winner status Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics, world champion, European champion, person who took first place at the world championship, European championship in sports included in the programs of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics, the presence of a gold insignia of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex " Ready for work and defense" (GTO) and certificates for it of the established form;

2) a certificate of secondary general education with honors, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded a gold medal, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded a silver medal;

3) having a high school diploma vocational education Honours;

4) carrying out volunteer (volunteer) activities (if no more than four years have passed from the date of completion of the period of implementation of the specified activity to the date of completion of acceptance of documents and entrance examinations);

5) participation and (or) results of participation of applicants in olympiads (not used to obtain special rights and (or) advantages upon admission to study according to specific conditions for admission and specific grounds for admission) and other intellectual and (or) creative competitions, physical education events and sporting events conducted in order to identify and support individuals who have demonstrated outstanding abilities;

6) the grade given by the admissions committee of ITMO University based on the results of checking the final essay, which is a condition for admission to the state final certification in educational programs secondary general education.

38. When admitted to undergraduate and specialist programs, the applicant may be awarded for individual achievements no more than 10 points in total.

39. The list of individual achievements taken into account for admission to bachelor’s and specialist’s programs in the event of equality of the sum of competitive points is established by ITMO University independently.

40. The list of individual achievements taken into account and the procedure for taking them into account are established by ITMO University in accordance with the Admission Rules and are indicated in the admission rules approved by ITMO University independently.

2. LIST OF OLYMPIADS AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL AND (OR) CREATIVE COMPETITIONS, PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS EVENTS, INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF WHICH PARTICIPANTS ARE CONSIDERED WHEN ACCRUING POINTS

Applicants to study at ITMO University have the right to submit diplomas (certificates) from the following Olympiads and other intellectual and (or) creative competitions, physical education events and sports events with points awarded for individual achievements.

IV. Taking into account individual achievements of applicants when applying for training

43. Applicants for training have the right to provide information about their individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account when applying for training. The results of individual achievements are taken into account by awarding points for individual achievements and (or) as an advantage in case of equality of criteria for ranking the lists of applicants.

Points awarded for individual achievements are included in the total of competition points.

The applicant submits documents confirming receipt of the results of individual achievements. To take into account the individual achievement specified in subparagraph 6 of paragraph 44 of the Rules, the submission of such documents is not required.

44. When admitting students to undergraduate and specialist programs, the University may award points for the following individual achievements:

  1. having the status of champion and prize-winner of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympic Games, world champion, European champion, first place winner at the World Championship, European Championship in sports included in the programs of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympic Games, presence of a gold badge distinctions from the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” (GTO) and the standard certificate for it – up to 2 points;
  2. availability of a certificate of secondary general education with honors, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded a gold medal, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded a silver medal - 10 points;
  3. having a diploma of secondary vocational education with honors – 10 points;
  4. carrying out volunteer (voluntary) activities (if no more than four years have passed from the date of completion of the period of implementation of the specified activity to the date of completion of acceptance of documents and entrance examinations) - up to 2 points;
  5. participation and (or) results of participation of applicants in olympiads (not used to obtain special rights and (or) advantages upon admission to study according to specific conditions for admission and specific grounds for admission) and other intellectual and (or) creative competitions, physical education events and sports events carried out in order to identify and support individuals who have demonstrated outstanding abilities - up to 4 points;
  6. assessment given by the University based on the results of checking the final essay, which is a condition for admission to the state final certification for educational programs of secondary general education - up to 5 points for social, humanitarian and economic areas of training and specialties.

45. When admitted to undergraduate or specialty programs, an applicant may be awarded no more than 10 points in total for individual achievements.

46. ​​The list of individual achievements taken into account for admission to undergraduate programs, specialty programs in the event of equality of the sum of competitive points, as well as individual achievements taken into account when admitted to master’s programs is established by the University independently:

  1. When applying for master's programs, the University may award points for the following individual achievements:
    • diploma about higher education with honors – 10 points;
    • publication in journals or collections of conference proceedings included in the international scientific citation systems Scopus and (or) Web of Science – 10 points;
    • presence of publications in journals from the Higher Attestation Commission list – 5 points;
    • availability of publications in journals included and indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) – 3 points;
    • presence of patents for inventions – 10 points;
    • availability of patents for utility models and (or) industrial designs – 5 points;
    • availability of a certificate of state registration of computer programs – 3 points;
    • availability of certificates of professional training and qualifications (certificates, diplomas, etc.) – 5 points;
    • status of winner or prize-winner of the All-Russian Student Olympiad (according to the profile of the master’s program) – 10 points;
    • presence of a silver or gold TRP badge – 1 point;
    • results of research work at conferences, symposiums, etc. with publication in collections of works included in the RSCI (according to the profile of the master's program) - 2 points;
    • results of research work at conferences, symposiums, etc. with publication in collections of works not included in the RSCI (according to the profile of the master's program) - 1 point;
    • availability of 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree diplomas of a conference participant, documents confirming victory in grant competitions (according to the profile of the master’s program) – 2 points;
    • presence of a gold personalized certificate of the Federal Internet Exam for Bachelor's Graduates (FIEB) – 10 points;
    • availability of a silver personalized certificate of the Federal Internet Exam for Bachelor's Graduates (FIEB) – 7 points;
    • presence of a bronze personal certificate of the Federal Internet Exam for Bachelor's Graduates (FIEB) - 4 points;
    • presence of a personal certificate of the Federal Internet Exam for Bachelor's Degree Graduates (FIEB) – 1 point;
  2. When admitted to master's programs, an applicant may be awarded no more than 20 points in total for individual achievements.

Articles and patents submitted for registration for individual achievements must be published before the deadline for accepting documents. Certificates of acceptance for publication are not accepted and are not taken into account.

Points for individual achievements are awarded only for individual achievements that are documented.

Information confirming the applicant’s individual achievements is provided in the following form:

  1. information about published scientific works, documents of protection for the results of intellectual activity and publications in collections of conference proceedings is provided in the form of a bibliographic list drawn up in accordance with GOST, with attached photocopies confirming the listed achievements;
  2. information about available medals, honorary awards, grants, diplomas of winners, participant certificates, participant diplomas, and other documents confirming participation and (or) the status of a winner or prize-winner received as a result of participation in competitive events at the All-Russian and international levels is provided in the form of photocopies of certificates to medals, diplomas of winners, decisions of competition commissions, etc., confirming the listed achievements.

Original documents are provided for certification of copies before the deadline for accepting documents. Documents provided in foreign languages ​​must have a translation into Russian. All documents confirming individual achievements are accompanied by an inventory filled out in the applicant’s own handwriting. The package of documents for assessing individual achievements is submitted once and cannot be supplemented.

47. The list of individual achievements taken into account and the procedure for taking them into account are established by the University in accordance with paragraphs 43-46 of the Rules and are indicated in the Admission Rules independently approved by the organization.

Accounting and assessment of individual achievements in bachelor's programs, specialty programs, and master's programs is carried out by members of a special commission for accounting and assessment of individual achievements of applicants, the composition of which is approved by order of the rector. The commission meeting must take place at least once a week.

1) 10 points – having the status of champion and prize-winner of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympic Games, world champion, European champion, person who took first place at the World Championship, European Championship in sports included in the programs of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympic Games games, the presence of a gold insignia of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” (GTO) and a certificate of the established form for it;

2) 10 points – a certificate of secondary general education with honors, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded a gold medal, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded a silver medal;

3) 10 points – having a diploma of secondary vocational education with honors;

4) 1 point – implementation of volunteer (volunteer) activities (if there is confirmation of participation in specific events, and no more than two years have passed from the date of participation in the last event to the day the documents were received).

5) up to 10 points – participation and (or) results of participation of applicants in olympiads (not used to obtain special rights and (or) advantages upon admission to study according to specific conditions of admission and specific grounds for admission) and other intellectual and (or) creative competitions , physical education and sporting events held in order to identify and support individuals who have demonstrated outstanding abilities;

6) The final essay is not taken into account by the university as the individual achievements of applicants;

7) 10 points – applicants have the status of winner of the championship in professional skills among disabled people and persons with disabilities “Abilimpix”.

45. When admitted to undergraduate or specialty programs, an applicant may be awarded no more than 10 points in total for individual achievements.

46. ​​In accordance with subclause “5” of clause 44 of the Rules, points are awarded if the applicant submits the following documents:

a diploma of a winner or prize-winner of olympiads and competitions held in 2018 or 2019 on the basis of SUSU (National Research University). The list of such Olympiads and competitions is approved by order of the rector;

a diploma of a winner or prize-winner of olympiads and competitions held in 2018 or 2019, the founders of which are the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation or government bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation responsible for education management;

winner or prize winner diploma Russian Olympiads schoolchildren, held in 2016-2019, the list and procedure for which are determined by the federal government bodies of the Russian Federation;

diploma of a winner or prize-winner, certificate of participation in a regional or final stage All-Russian Olympiad schoolchildren, held in 2016-2019, the procedure for which is determined by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with this paragraph, points are awarded in the following meaning:

winner's diploma (1st degree diploma) – 10 points;

2nd degree diploma – 8 points;

3rd degree diploma – 6 points;

participation in the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren (upon provision of an official certificate of participation) – 10 points;

participation in the regional stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for Schoolchildren (upon provision of an official certificate of participation) – 5 points.

47. When admitting students to master’s programs, the university awards points for the following individual achievements:

1) a diploma of a winner or prize-winner of a student Olympiad organized and held outside the Russian Federation and the state of which the applicant is a citizen – 50 points;

2) a diploma of the winner or prize-winner of the All-Russian Olympiad for students of higher education organizations of the All-Russian (third) stage in accordance with the list of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation - 50 points;

3) diploma of the winner or prize-winner of the final stage of the student Olympiad “I am a professional” – 20 points;

4) diploma of the winner or prize-winner of the All-Russian student Olympiad - 10 points each;

5) diploma of the winner or prize-winner of the student Olympiad at the regional level - 5 points each;

6) diploma of the winner or prize-winner of the Open Internet Olympiad held within the framework of “FEPO” (http://olymp.i-exam.ru/) – 10 points each;

7) presence of publications in scientific journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science – 20 points; in journals of the Higher Attestation Commission, monographs - 10 points each; other publications indexed in the RSCI – 5 points each;

8) presence of patents, certificates of registration of intellectual property – 10 points each;

9) availability of awards for achievements in scientific and innovative activities (competitions, grants) organized by foreign organizations and held in foreign countries – 20 points;

10) availability of awards for achievements in scientific and innovative activities at the national level (competitions, grants) – 10 points;

11) receiving an additional personal scholarship established by state authorities of the Russian Federation and constituent entities of the Russian Federation - 10 points;

12) having a diploma of higher education with honors - 10 points.

In accordance with subparagraphs 1-5 of clause 47 of the Rules, diplomas of the winner and prize-winner of Olympiads that provide for correspondence or distance participation are not taken into account as individual achievements.

In accordance with subparagraphs 1 and 2 of clause 47 of the Rules, the results of Olympiads corresponding to the profile of the master's program specified in the applicant's application for admission are taken into account.

In accordance with subparagraphs 1-5, 9, 10 of clause 47 of the Rules, only the results of the final (final) stage of the Olympiad (competition, grant) are taken into account; The results of intermediate, qualifying and other similar stages of the Olympiad (competition, grant) are not taken into account as individual achievements.

The individual achievements of the applicant during the period of his studies in higher education programs are taken into account.

When admitted to master's programs, an applicant may be awarded no more than 20 points in total for individual achievements specified in subparagraphs 3-12 of clause 47 of the Rules.

If there are one or more individual achievements specified in subparagraphs 1 and (or) 2 of clause 47 of the Rules, the applicant is awarded 50 points for individual achievements. Other individual achievements are not taken into account in this case.

The applicant is required to submit to the admissions committee:

a) to confirm individual achievements specified in subparagraphs 1-6, 9, 10 of clause 47 of the Rules - a diploma (certificate) of the winner (prizewinner) of the Olympiad (competition, grant) or an extract from the award order, another document issued by officials and confirming the existence of an individual achievement;

b) to confirm individual achievements specified in subclause 7 of clause 47 of the Rules - a screenshot of an Internet page with information about posting an article in Scopus, Web of Science or RSCI. To confirm the publication of the monograph, photocopies must be submitted title page and imprint pages;

c) to confirm individual achievements specified in subclause 8 of clause 47 of the Rules - a photocopy of the patent, certificate of registration of intellectual property;

d) to confirm individual achievements specified in subclause 11 of clause 47 of the Rules - an extract from the order on the appointment of a personal scholarship, a diploma or other document confirming the appointment of a personal scholarship.

The applicant has the right to present his individual achievements until July 26, 2019 in the same order in which he submitted the documents required for admission, in accordance with clause 61 of the Rules.
