Following the road sporting achievements, it is important to remember that rhythmic gymnastics is not only a sport, but also an art. Especially in order to pay close attention to the creative component of rhythmic gymnastics, every year good tradition a competition of demonstration numbers "Performance Cup" is held. 1. Goals and objectives:

• Popularization of rhythmic gymnastics;
• Involving children in regular classes sports;
• Establishing and strengthening friendly relations between sports clubs;
• Promotion sportsmanship gymnasts;
• Stimulating the development of volitional and psychological qualities young gymnasts;
• Performing sports categories;
• Identification of talented and promising gymnasts;

1. Time and place of the competition

The competition is held on April 30 - May 3, 2018 at the address: Russian Federation, Moscow, Miklouho-Maklaya street, building 4, RUDN University (Russian Peoples' Friendship University).

Start of the competition: at 9-00.

1. Competition management

The general management of the organization and conduct of the Open Championship of the intra-city municipal formation - the Obruchevsky municipal district in the city of Moscow in rhythmic gymnastics is carried out by the Elite sports club.

The direct conduct of the competition is entrusted to the panel of judges and the main panel of judges.

The main judge of the competition is Tatyana Vladimirovna Zharkova (VK, Moscow).

The head of the competition is Olga Evgenievna Petrina (Moscow).

1. Competition participants

Gymnasts from SDYUSSHOR, Youth Sports School, sports clubs and institutions of additional education for children from all regions of Russia who have passed a medical examination and have a valid accident, life and health insurance policy are allowed to compete.

Team composition: unlimited number of participants, 1 coach, 1 judge. A team that fails to provide a referee pays a fine.

1. Competition program

Competitions are held in accordance with the current rules of the All-Russian Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics and the norms of the EVSK, according to the following program:

*** Athletes without sports qualification may be accepted in each age group.

age group.

1. Determination of winners and prize-winners of competitions

Competitions are held according to the current FIG rules (2017-2020). winners and runners-up are determined by the highest total points in the all-around and are awarded diplomas and medals. All participants are awarded memorable prizes.

1. Financing

Funding for the organization and holding of competitions, awarding of winners, prize-winners and participants is provided by Sport Club"Elite".

Business trip expenses: travel, food, accommodation and other expenses - at the expense of the sending organizations.

1. Medical support

Athletes who have undergone medical examination, have medical clearance and a valid accident, life and health insurance policy are allowed to participate in competitions.

The competition organizers are not responsible for injuries and damage to health received by participants during the competition. This responsibility rests with the athletes themselves and their parents. During the competition at sports facility Adequate medical personnel will be available to provide medical care if necessary.

1. Application procedure

Applications for participation in the open championship are submitted in the prescribed form (Appendix 1) by email: [email protected].

Applications in the established form (Appendix 1), certified by a doctor and the sending organization, are submitted to the panel of judges on the day of the competition.

The following documents for each athlete are attached to the application:

• passport, for athletes under 14 years old - birth certificate (original + copy);
• compulsory health insurance policy (original + copy);
• qualifying record book;
• medical certificate of admission to competitions (original);
• agreement on insurance against accidents, life and health of an athlete (original + copy).

Judges provide:

• judge's certificate;
• photocopy of passport;
• qualification book with a mark of certification;
• certificate of completion of a referee seminar on the new rules.

The 2017 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships will be held in the Italian city of Pesaro from August 29 to September 3. The public federal television channel Match TV will show more than 7 hours of broadcasts of these competitions.

Master of Sports in rhythmic gymnastics Elena Shcherbina will comment on the athletes’ performances. The information editorial staff of Match TV prepares full reviews of each day of the competition both for news releases and for the “Everyone for the Match!” program. To the studio of the program “Everyone for the Match!” experts were invited, including an honored trainer Russian Federation Natalya Gorbulina, Honored Master of Sports, European champion, senior coach of the national team reserve Marina Govorova.

– We have prepared very complex programs for the World Championship. And very interesting,” said the President of the All-Russian Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics, Main coach Russian national team. “But it’s impossible to predict everything.” This is a big psychological burden on girls. In group exercises they will have a hard time at the championship, despite the presence of three Olympic champions. Let's not forget about the new rules. Let's see what the judging will be like.
