Sergei Oreshkin is the head coach of Dynamo in the VHL. Everything was clear with Oreshkin. Who will lead Dynamo now? “The main thing is to think more with your head”

He will not work with the blue and white next season and only some achievement could save him, it was clear a long time ago. He could have left the club in the middle of the season.

For one of the training sessions, the players "Dynamo" We were already confident that the team would change its coach. There was a long series of defeats, the hockey players were unhappy with what they were forced to do on the ice, the head coach could not reach the veterans and relied on the young ones, who, however, were still raw.

But at the meeting not a word was said about the changes; the general manager said that the financial issue was being resolved, and he expected the team to fight on the ice.

If it were not for the salary debt, then Oreshkina“would have been removed,” admits one of the team’s hockey players. - But it was a difficult time, besides, it is still unknown whether the money would have been paid, so there was no point in changing anything.

But the most interesting thing happened a little later. The team, whose players had already admitted without smiling that they might not make it to the playoffs, suddenly began to win. Nothing changed, but victories came. Nobody could explain anything.

There was a strange atmosphere in the locker room after the matches.

We won, but I don’t understand how we did it - this is the most common comment “not for the press” from many Dynamo players. “We’re doing everything wrong, our hockey is completely ugly, we don’t enjoy the game, but the points are gone.

Sergey Oreshkin perked up and associated victories with his work style, although this was not entirely true. The fact is that assistant head coaches began to take responsibility and change something, both in the training process and in tactics.

We gave up long classes and switched to intense training for 45 minutes, -

Why did you play some combinations for the majority during training, but during matches you played completely different ones? - I didn’t lag behind.

Vorobiev He was embarrassed and said that during the season everyone had to play in unequal lineups, so that later in the event of someone’s injuries there would be no problems. But it is clear that this was only a correct avoidance of a truthful answer.

ORESHKIN WANTED TO LEAVE BY HIMSELF

Sergey Oreshkin achieved impressive results with, worked with, but turned out to be unauthoritative for. True, he worked in the VHL for a short time - he was quickly promoted. But do you remember how he came to the first team? After leaving, the team breathed more freely, because it was not for nothing that the former coach had such a nickname that cannot even be printed.

Oreshkin calmed the guys down, turning out to be a completely harmless person, and this was enough for the end of the last regular season. But not for the playoffs. However, he was given a chance to show himself in pre-season training.

And then it turned out that Oreshkina completely strange tastes. He gave the young guys a chance, but when they let the team down, he did not draw any conclusions about the players, and it was mainly the veterans who suffered. They put him on the bench and quickly refused, with which the situation is not so clear. Yes, he played poorly, but there were objective reasons for that. It is completely unclear why they invited and.

At some point Oreshkin and he himself asked to be returned to the MHL or VHL, but his wishes were not satisfied, and then he himself withdrew the demands, since the salary in the first team was several times different from what he could earn at a lower level. But by the new year it became clear that he would no longer be in the KHL.

Who should take his place? a very unpredictable person, in addition, you must understand that the life of the club itself is not stable and maybe other people will appoint a coach.

Now the main favorite is . He probably has the highest chances, and he worked much more efficiently than himself Sergey Oreshkin. But there is talk that even . They say that Kudashova now they will never let him leave Yaroslavl, but it remains to be seen whether he will want to stay on his own.

But Andrey Safronov may surprise you. More precisely, not him, but those people who will start giving money and want to nominate themselves.
