Combat Sambo section on Fight Street. V. Volostnykh: Combat sambo - the history of its creation. Scientific heritage of A.A. Kharlampiev Sports Palace named after Kharlampiev address

Introductory remarks to the publications of materials on the scientific heritage of the A.A. Kharlampiev family.

Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev (29.10.1906-16.04.1979). Honored Master of Sports of the USSR (1947), Honored Coach Soviet Union, Judge of the All-Union category.

This year marks the 107th anniversary of the birth of Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev, the brilliant creator of sambo wrestling.

Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev was born in the city of Smolensk into the family of the famous professional boxer Arkady Georgievich Kharlampiev (1888-1936). Anatoly Arkadyevich’s grandfather was a big fan of fist fight, a master of wall-to-wall fighting and an expert in Russian wrestling and self-defense techniques. Arkady Georgievich Kharlampiev made a great contribution to the formation and development of the Russian school of boxing. He was a famous organizer sports events(called at that time “mass action”) among Moscow youth in the 30s of the last century. From childhood, the father taught the children to work, athletic gymnastics, and taught the art of English boxing.

Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev devoted his life to the creation of sambo wrestling, the development and improvement of the world's first multinational wrestling in clothing and self-defense systems based on the centuries-old experience of the peoples of our Motherland and other countries.

Kharlampiev did a colossal job of classifying and systematizing the techniques included in various martial arts systems. The Kharlampiev matrix, like the periodic table, is even now an effective tool for creating new types of martial arts and scientific analysis existing species. As an athlete, teacher, methodologist, he created a completely new system wrestling, which made it possible to combine the study of combat and sports techniques.

In 1941, Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev volunteered to go to the front. The homeland noted his military merits with numerous awards, including the Order of the Red Star, medals “For Military Merit”, “For the Defense of Moscow”, “For the Capture of Koenigsberg” and others.

A.A. Kharlampiev trained outstanding students, champions of the USSR in sambo wrestling, successors to the development of sambo: Evgeniy Chumakov (1921-1997), Anatoly Latyshev (1926-1982), as well as many other famous athletes.

With his vast experience accumulated in the field of sports, scientific, methodological and organizational work related to sambo wrestling, A.A. Kharlampiev summarized in 47 scientific and scientific-methodological works. The monograph “Sambo Wrestling” was republished 7 times in Russian, as well as 4 times in the languages of the peoples of the USSR and abroad.

When in 1953 A.A. Kharlampiev came to work at the Moscow Energy Institute (first as a teacher and then as an associate professor in the department of physical education and sports), he achieved the inclusion of sambo among the sports disciplines studied by students in the course of compulsory classes. The harmonious, scientifically and methodologically sound system of training athletes quickly yielded brilliant results. In total, MPEI A.A. Kharlampiev trained over 70 masters of sports and 2000 dischargers. Among them are 4 doctors and more than 30 candidates of technical sciences. Hundreds of MPEI graduates - highly qualified specialists in their field, working in different regions of our country - pass on their rich sports experience and contribute to the development of sambo locally.

This year we are celebrating a milestone anniversary - 60 years of MPEI Sambo. A natural continuation of the work of A.A. Kharlampiev in modern times, at a new stage of development, was the cultivation and development of combat sambo. The MPEI Combat Sambo Club was one of the main educational and methodological sports centers Federation of Combat Sambo of Russia. His students, masters of combat sambo of international class, Champions and prize-winners of Russia and the World - Oleg Zakharov, Sergey Akinin, Dmitry Kaun, Alexey Oleynik, Mikhail Bakin, Andrey Rudakov, Kamil Zaypullaev, Nazhmudin Khurshidov, Dibir Zagirov, Magomed Ismailov, Vadim Khazov and others , have repeatedly occupied and continue to occupy podiums at the most prestigious Russian and international competitions. The MPEI Combat Sambo Club carries out targeted, systematic and systematic scientific and practical work on the theory, methodology and practical application of combat sambo, its development as a sport, and improvement of competition rules. More than 50 scientific, journalistic, educational and methodological works have been published. Patents have been obtained for a number of inventions. Unique simulators have been developed that are successfully used in the educational and training process in combat sambo.

It is difficult to name a person who contributed more to the formation and development of the sambo system than Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev. It is also impossible to list all the events for the popularization of sambo wrestling, for the training and advanced training of coaches, judges, and athletes, which were clearly organized and carried out by him in an exemplary manner.

Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev was engaged in promoting the art of self-defense, developing and demonstrating this art at demonstrations, competitions, and meetings. Kharlampiev wrote many books on the technique and tactics of Sambo wrestling, as well as on the combat section of Sambo for the official use of various law enforcement agencies, and trained a whole generation of athletes who in our time actively continue the work of their Teacher.

Everyone knows the film “Invincible”, in which the famous stunt actor Andrei Rostotsky, who unfortunately passed away early, played a role that in artistic form reflected the ascetic activity of Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev in the field of developing and improving the domestic self-defense system, which is as close as possible to the real one battle.

It is impossible not to appreciate the enormous contribution to strengthening the defense capability of the Motherland and patriotic education to our youth, which Kharlampiev contributed with his enthusiastic, selfless work in the field of development of a truly domestic sport, sambo wrestling.

Until the last days of his life, he remained true to his idea - to make multinational sambo wrestling a popular and widespread sport not only in our country, but also abroad.

Today we gratefully pay tribute to the memory of this wonderful man, coach and scientist.
Proof that the deeds and ideas of Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev have come true is the recognition of sambo as a national sport and the annual Sambo World Cup in memory of A.A. Kharlampiev - “Memorial of A.A. Kharlampiev”!

The son of A.A. Kharlampiev, Alexander Anatolyevich Kharlampiev (1947-2006), is the author and compiler of historical and methodological books about martial arts and martial arts, including the works of his father and grandfather.

Currently, the wife of his son Alexander Anatolyevich, Nina Nikolaevna Kharlampieva, is working with the archive of Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev. She continues to develop the work of Anatoly Arkadyevich: preparing his works for publication (not published during the author’s lifetime), attending competitions, introducing young researchers to the work of the Kharlampievs.
We thank Nina Nikolaevna for cooperation with the Combat Sambo Federation of Russia and the publication on the FBSR website of materials on the scientific heritage of Alexander Anatolyevich and Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev.

In 2015, a new Training and Retraining Center “Combat Sambo Center named after A.A.” was opened in Moscow on the basis of the National Research University “Moscow Energy Institute” (NRU “MPEI”). Kharlampiev”, which provides comprehensive, all-encompassing training for a universal martial artist - firstly, the training itself in various sections of combat sambo (applied and sports) on the mats and in the ring. Secondly, the use of specific, unique simulators, the use of which is justified from a scientific point of view. In addition, the Center has a patented system of computer diagnostics and simulators, which allows you to find out the speed of reaction, determine the leading arm or leg of an athlete, and also find out whether a person is more genetically predisposed to fighting or striking. Its director, a famous trainer and master of combat sambo, first vice-president of the Russian Combat Sambo Federation Valery Valentinovich Volostnykh spoke about the Center.

Video from training at the Center
- Valery Valentinovich, what does the Center consist of?
- MPEI allocated us 2 floors of the building in which the founder of the sambo system A.A. Kharlampiev worked for 26 years. On the second floor on this moment we have two fully equipped halls: a large hall and a small hall. In the large hall there are two wrestling mats with special elongated crossbars on the walls, located along the perimeter of the hall, and walls with targets for balls (a simulator for practicing the accuracy of strikes) are also planned. In the small hall there is a special, reinforced ring with a net at the bottom, from which you cannot fall out during a professional combat sambo match, which is a fairly common problem at various competitions. For athletes, there are two locker rooms with showers, which allows up to 80 athletes to train simultaneously with coaches, as well as regularly hold scheduled combat sambo competitions - which we often hold. In addition, additional equipment for training has been installed - a rope, boxing bags of various configurations and weights, wall-mounted boxing “uppercut” pads. I would like to note the design of the halls - in addition to the usual images of fighters, on the walls of the large hall there are depicted 12 animals from the Indian tradition, which, in combination with various primary elements, allow the fighters to choose their own unique style. Kharlampiev also wrote in his reports, books and spoke in numerous conversations about the need to take into account the body structure and character of a wrestler when training, as well as about the natural martial arts movements of animals on the young animal site and in natural conditions.
On the ground floor there will be a room with a “net” (“octagon”) for training in professional combat sambo, a “twirling” training complex, and a computer diagnostics room. There are plans to open a massage room, an infrared irradiation room, and a room with pressure chambers for restorative procedures.

- Decent.
- That's not all. It is possible to open a cafe (or at least a buffet), as well as a sauna and a mini-hotel for those coming to seminars and training courses. And, of course, educational and computer classes, where our students and listeners will undergo testing and training. Our Center is a world-class institution.

- Let's talk about computer diagnostics. What is meant by this?

- Our athletes (and in the future, everyone) will be able to find out the speed of their reaction, check which muscles dominate in them - flexors or extensors, in order to understand what to pay the main attention to - training in wrestling movements or striking. Our comprehensive combat sambo system has both. The question is what to focus on in your training. Especially if we are talking about an athlete who competes, and for whom it is very useful to know which technical elements are best and to be developed to a greater extent. If you are genetically predisposed to wrestling, you should focus on this. Well, and in addition to everything else, each test taker can simply find out what kind of sport you are predisposed to - football, or basketball, find out which arm or leg is your dominant one. A person may think all his life that he is right-handed, but in fact he is left-handed.
As a result of these studies, it is possible to draw certain conclusions and make recommendations for the training, health or rehabilitation process.
In a nutshell, a lot depends on the “head” and the speed of processes in the brain, as well as on the coordination of the work of the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
As a result of the integrated use of computer diagnostics and a system of special simulators, it is possible to successfully heal, restore and rehabilitate even an athlete who has been knocked out and is, to put it mildly, in a big “recession” in a time much shorter than with the usual traditional approach (six months of recovery and several weeks with our approach). Everyone participating in the training or healing process During the first year, a 50% increase in functional status is guaranteed when passing testing in a computer class in combination with completing a simulator training course.

- Interesting. You mentioned the Indian tradition. What it is?
- This is Dharma Marga (combat yoga) - the brainchild of my old friend Vadim Vyazmin, also a student of Kharlampiev. Vadim did a great job of studying the warrior training system of ancient India and studied Sanskrit manuscripts. I teach elements of Indian tradition in my Thursday classes. I find this very useful.

- What do the images of animals on the walls of the hall mean in Dharma Marga?
- Animal figures are the external form, position, stance of a combatant. The primary elements of nature are the internal content in movements, a kind of filling with energy, the energy of movement, which corresponds to each external form (position, stance, imitating an animal).
Thus, each animal corresponds to its energy.
That is, a movement, a blow, a technique has its own trajectory, albeit the same or similar, but the filling of energy in this trajectory of movement is different.
For example, you can punch a door so that it flies off its hinges, you can punch a large or medium-sized hole in the door, or you can punch a small hole, a hole the size of a fist, and so on.
The trajectory of the strike (external shape) will be the same, but the impact and result of the impact on the door (target or enemy) will be different (since the energy “invested” in this trajectory will be different). Different energy or filling of the movement is achieved with the help of visualization, figurative representation of the animal and the corresponding primary element, as a result of which the physical and mental are connected, and this gives an optimal result in sports activities.

- Tell us about your students. Who comes to your classes?

- Personally, I lead 2 groups: a national team and a subscription group. In the first one, athletes of a level not lower than the master's master can engage in training. Everyone comes to the second one. We constantly organize and participate in competitions, and invite everyone who wants to compete. As our anthem says: “We go into battle without a visor.”

- Is there a development plan for the Center?
- Certainly! On the basis of the Center it is planned to create the International Institute of Combat Sambo named after. A.A. Kharlampiev with bachelor’s and master’s degrees, as well as the creation of a dissertation council for awarding candidate and doctoral degrees academic degrees.
In terms of the level of equipment and assigned tasks, this will be a unique, unparalleled educational, pedagogical and sports institution.

- “Institute of Combat Sambo” - it sounds. What do you see as your mission?

- Today at MPEI, we, students of A.A. Kharlampiev, continue his work, the work of his predecessors and followers in the spirit of new times. Focused, systematic and systematic scientific and practical work is being carried out on the theory, methods and practical application of combat sambo, its development as a sport, and the improvement of competition rules in its five sections.
As a result of all this work, we constantly prove that combat sambo of the Russian Combat Sambo Federation is a real and self-sufficient sport and a unique applied system of combat and self-defense. More than 70 scientific, journalistic, educational and methodological works have been published. Patents have been obtained for a number of inventions. Unique simulators have been developed that are successfully used in the educational and training process in combat sambo.
Everything that our ancestors knew and could do, we should also be able to do.
The ability to survive and win is one of the important tasks of educating our youth at the present time, as well as increasing the role of physical culture in the life of society and the comprehensive, harmonious development of the individual, strengthening the position and increasing the prestige of the Russian sport in the international arena, educating the younger generation respect for national culture and devotion to the Motherland.

Write to us

Anatoly Kharlampiev. Creator of sambo.

In the harmony of struggle and duel there is honor,
Combat Sambo has glory and valor!

From the combat sambo anthem

Word " sambo" stands for self-defense without weapons. This is a type of combat sport. The philosophy of this struggle is self-development and a constant desire for self-improvement. Sambo is not only a sport, but also the development of willpower and character in a person.
Sambo appeared in the 1920s and 30s in the Soviet Union. Sambo techniques were borrowed from other martial arts of the world, for example, from judo, and modified in accordance with the philosophy of martial arts. Techniques from 52 martial arts (Japanese judo, French wrestling, ju-jitsu, karate, as well as national martial arts of the peoples of the USSR) made up the bulk of the “tools” of sambo.
One of the most prominent sambo masters is Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev - a researcher and theorist of wrestling of different nations, Honored Master of Sports of the USSR, Honored Trainer of the Soviet Union, who largely determined the appearance of this type of wrestling.

Kharlampiev’s craving and interest in sports arose with early childhood. His grandfather was a fist fighter and a real strongman: they said that he could stop a troika at a gallop. My grandfather was fond of hand-to-hand combat, studied its techniques and types of strikes... Kharlampiev’s father became the champion of France and Europe, performing in the ring.
The boy has been involved in sports since childhood; at the age of six he performed as an aerialist in the circus. Interest in sports and wrestling has grown into something more than just a hobby. They became the meaning and work of Kharlampiev’s entire life. Just like his grandfather, Anatoly Arkadyevich began to classify the blows and techniques known to him, creating an integral system. To replenish his knowledge, he entered the State Central Institute of Physical Culture, where he studied judo under the guidance of Vasily Sergeevich Oshchepkov, who studied this type of martial arts from masters at the Japanese Kodokan school.

During training and studying the theory of martial arts, Kharlampiev noticed that the techniques that he had already known earlier from his father and grandfather, and those that he was studying now, were somewhat similar to each other, but some of them were more effective. Then it occurred to him to select the best techniques, combine them together and use their combinations. This set could serve as the basis for a new type of struggle, as Anatoly Arkadyevich himself believed, so that the weak and unarmed could always defend themselves.
After graduating from the institute, Kharlampiev went to teach physical education at the communist University of the Workers of the East. Here he not only brought his knowledge and skills into the teaching program, but did not stop learning new techniques from students of different nationalities, since among them there were representatives of the Caucasian and Central Asian republics.
Kharlampiev participated in fights with such students, learning from them new techniques of attack and defense. At the university, the guys gave him the nickname “invincible.”
He regularly went on expeditions to the Soviet republics once a year to hone his skills and learn new types of martial arts. But it was not only combat skills that helped Kharlampiev become a true master of his craft. Mountaineering and fencing helped him keep in shape. Beautiful physical training and endurance is the key to success and mastery.
Based on the techniques already selected, Anatoly Arkadyevich created combat system Sambo is the result of his many years of reflection and observation. Sambo was divided into two varieties: simply sambo - a set of classical wrestling techniques - and the combat section of sambo, which included additional elements. You cannot study separately only combat sambo or just simple sambo. Combat Sambo can be mastered only after studying the fundamental techniques of conventional Sambo.
But Anatoly Arkadyevich gave Russia not only new techniques. He offered special clothes and shoes in which athletes felt comfortable fighting.
Sambo as an independent sport in the USSR was adopted in 1938. A meeting of coaches took place, among which Kharlampiev was appointed senior. He read a report on the taxonomy of Soviet freestyle wrestling (as it was then called the new kind wrestling), which also talked about wrestling shoes with soft soles and sambovka (as it is called now), a fabric jacket with slits for a belt that looks like a kimono.
The Great Patriotic War became a turning point in Kharlampiev’s life. “Invincible” went there as a volunteer. He first served in the 18th Infantry Division.
During the war, Anatoly Arkadyevich, having shown his valor and courage, was awarded the Order of the Red Star, medals “For the Defense of Moscow”, “For Military Merit”, “For the Capture of Koenigsberg”. During the fighting he was wounded.
Kharlampiev had to change his combat positions to a treatment room, where he became a methodologist and helped wounded soldiers to rehabilitate. He taught them his techniques at the front, wanting with all his heart to pass on his skills. He also taught ski tactics and combat tactics.

After the Victory, Kharlampiev transferred to the troops that managed to defeat the Kwantung Japanese Army.
Kharlampiev showed interest in the Japanese prisoners, not abandoning his passion even during the war - he again began to learn new judo techniques from them and arrange fights with them. In the convoys with captured soldiers, to his great surprise and admiration, he discovered quite a lot of tatami mats for training. Subsequently, the Japanese awarded “Invincible” the most honorable “gift” - 8th dan in judo, which was usually not given to those who were not citizens of Japan.
A passion for judo helped Kharlampiev win over the prisoners and make them respect themselves under such seemingly difficult circumstances.
After the war, Anatoly Arkadyevich again took up the dissemination, popularization and development of sambo. Since 1947, championships in this type of wrestling began to be held again. Sambo is a great gift to the Motherland.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that sambo is a struggle that the people are proud of, because combat sambo strengthens the spirit of youth, develops willpower and character. By the way, he himself is a master of sports of the USSR in sambo, he underwent combat sambo training in order to become a scout. In his opinion, sambo is a philosophy that develops combat tactics in a person, develops logic and attentiveness.

For more than 80 years, sambo has been popular view sports in Russia. Anyone can master individual techniques or go through the entire not an easy path mastering wrestling in order to compete at championships. In our country there is the All-Russian Sambo Federation, which organizes championships. Also, in memory of the founder of sambo, sambo tournaments named after Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev are held annually.
Since 2001, the Russian Combat Sambo Federation has existed. It also includes the Combat Sambo Center of Moscow Power Engineering Institute* named after. A. A. Kharlampieva. It is at MPEI at the department physical education and sports A. A. Kharlampiev worked for the last twenty-six years of his life.

Currently, combat sambo FBI is an internationally recognized sport created in Russia, uniting best achievements world culture in the field of martial arts. It can be called the most effective look preparation for military and law enforcement activities in modern conditions.
Sambo is also a propaganda of sports, healthy image life. Sambo makes people courageous and brave. In addition, sambo is an effective preparation for military activities, and in the army and special services, combat sambo is the basis of all fundamentals in military training. Almost all defenders of our Motherland must master applied combat sambo techniques.

Description

Combat Sambo is a combination of many techniques and styles of martial arts. Is full contact combat with the use of wrestling both standing and on the ground, as well as mandatory percussion technology arms and legs. This is essentially mixed martial arts known as MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) which you often see on TV.

Is this sport dangerous?

No, in our sport, injuries are kept to a minimum, although, of course, they happen like everywhere else, not only in sports but also in everyday life.

However, according to statistics, combat sambo (mma) is less traumatic appearance sports than, for example, the same beloved football.

How is the training process structured?

Training is organized in accordance with all the standards of Soviet, Russian and global methods of training a mixed style athlete. Absolute discipline in the classroom, individual approach to each student. The training program is designed specifically for a specific age group. Our task. Develop coordination and agility, strengthen body and spirit, be strong both physically and mentally. Positively influence not only the physical, but also the mental development of the athlete. Develop not aggression, but self-confidence.

Does everyone participate in the competition?

Depending on the child! All children are different, some are given more, some less. Someone trains in order to be able to stand up for themselves, and competitions are just stress for him after which he will basically turn away from martial arts! This is why a child always has a choice! Also, if your child does not regularly attend training and misses for one reason or another, then what kind of competitions can we talk about?

In fact, in most cases it turns out that when we need it, we want rigor and attention from the coach, we demand development from the child, and when we don’t need it, we can simply skip it. Go to the countryside, go to a friends birthday party to eat cake, take a break from sports during the school holidays.

In order to stand head and shoulders above others, you need to train twice as hard as others! Be the first to enter and the last to leave! And maybe in a couple of years you will see something like this desired result. This is the law of sport. To achieve something, you need to work a lot on yourself, work hard, respect and listen to the coach. Each child has his own pace of development, his own work, and you shouldn’t demand the impossible from him! It is important to monitor nutrition, sleep and wake-up discipline!

Bottom line: Sports unites us all! This is a multinational family, where one is for all and all is for one. Only a close-knit team of like-minded people can achieve great success. We explain this to the children at every training session!

We, first of all, focus on the development of the child’s personality, the ability to stand up for himself, to overcome all the obstacles and difficulties that stand in the way!

We do not maim children at any cost to achieve the goal of becoming a champion, no, only a few will become champions, but everyone will be able to stand up for themselves and their loved ones! We raise men from them, lay the very foundation on which life will be built in the future.

God is Dead.(Friedrich Nietzsche)

Nietzsche died.(God)

Quite an interesting book about application in real conditions. Apparently the book was written in the first half of the 20th century.

In this book, the section “Special Techniques” is of particular interest, where methods of attack are shown in some detail. pain points, chokeholds, painful effects on the cervical vertebrae and “dangerous” throws - the ideas expressed in this section, in principle, remain relevant today.

6. techniques for disarming an enemy trying to get a weapon

7. mutual revenue

8. techniques for blinding the enemy (in fact, it’s about the importance of throwing various loose objects into the enemy’s eyes. But the following phrase was somewhat confusing: “When approaching the enemy (getting close to him), have a handful of loose earth, sand, fine salt, shag, small bread crumbs .")

9. Several techniques of tying up an opponent - actually described in the arms and taking down the opponent from these painful techniques.

The section, again with an enticing title - “Training special techniques”, describes some sweeping punches and kicks...

…. Suddenly, while studying this book, I noticed that it turned out to be published in 1995, and not in 1936, moreover, A.A. is written on the cover. Kharlampiev “Sambo System. Martial Art" - on the back cover there is a photograph of a plump guy (apparently A.A. Kharlampiev) and if you look even more closely you can see that the text for printing was prepared by Alexander Anatolyevich Kharlampiev, the son of Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev (whose photo is indicated on the cover) . That is, as it were, a happy coincidence - essentially misleading the average martial arts fan - who knows A.A. Kharlampiev, but for example does not know that he had a son with the same initials - A.A. Kharlampiev.

That is, I think that this book is nothing more than a stylization of books for official use, for example, for the NKVD or SMERSH - the thirties - forties - the pictures, as you can see, are also made in the style of the 30s - 40s. And therefore cannot be of any practical interest.

But on the other hand, you should still know that books that became classics were published - about, but more on that in the next article.

P.S. (added 12/06/2018) How did the book by Alexander Anatolyevich Kharlampiev “Sambo. Martial arts"published in 1998 is actually a collection of two books ( Sambo ( fighting techniques) And Sambo (special techniques)) by his father, the legendary Anatoly Arkadyevich Kharlampiev, published in 1953.

Moreover, the techniques shown in the book are exclusively applied ones - which are generally not found in the literature on martial arts of the Soviet period. And it turns out that this book is not only the coolest book on combat sambo, but also generally the coolest book on martial arts of the Soviet period. (Even the book discussed above, which was supposed to be used in training intelligence officers, is significantly inferior in the range of techniques presented to the book “Sambo. Special Techniques”

The whole book is based, I think, on the most effective approach to applied technology - attacking pain points in almost any way.

(Just look at the following techniques discussed in the book: Rupture of intervertebral cartilage when approaching from behind And Fracture of the cervical vertebrae in a prone person)

Moreover, the book went completely unnoticed by either the intelligence services or martial arts lovers of those years - it remained unknown to most fans. (Personally, I came across it by accident, and this is the first time I’ve seen it at all. Although in terms of the effectiveness of the technique presented, this book is probably superior to most books on martial arts. But for some reason it is unknown. And worse than that, the system of Anatoly Anatolyevich Kharlampiev has not received any development at all in this direction.)
