Leader of the Ukrainian rhythmic gymnastics team Anna Rizatdinova. Anna Rizatdinova: biography and sporting achievements of the Ukrainian gymnast The most unusual spa treatment you have ever visited

The famous Ukrainian gymnast 24-year-old Anna Rizatdinova, who last November gave birth to a son from fugitive oligarch 48-year-old Alexander Onishchenko, said that she got married. The girl also told the details of her acquaintance with the ex-people's deputy and assured that he is a good father.

The curtain of secrecy was initially lifted by Onishchenko himself. “I am grateful to Anya for her son. They named him Roma after my father. Mom and baby feel great. And me? Well, how can a man feel who has become a father again? Yes, there are wonderful news in my life too,” - Alexander Onishchenko told us in an exclusive comment.

And now, a couple of months later, the winner of the bronze medal at the Rio Olympics revealed frank details of her acquaintance with Onishchenko in an interview with Social Life.

According to Anna, the millionaire was able to see in her something that others did not notice. The athlete met the oligarch at a competition rhythmic gymnastics in Europe.

“At first, communication was on first-name terms, everything was at a distance, culturally. Once upon a time, Alexander Onishchenko sponsored the rhythmic gymnastics team. That’s how we crossed paths,” recalled Rizatdinova.

The girl said that the politician won her over not with expensive gifts, but with his attitude.

“I may now disappoint many, because many people know him from the side of courtship. He loves to give cars, jewelry. But he captivated me precisely with his human attitude, he saw in me what many do not see,” Anna admitted.

Rizatdinova also announced for the first time that she gave birth while she was already married: “I am a believer, and a child out of wedlock would be a sin for me.”

In addition, the athlete admitted that at first her father was very worried about his future son-in-law, but after meeting with Onishchenko he changed his mind about him.

“Many people don’t believe me when I say that he is a good father, that he devotes a lot of time to the child, when I tell him that Sasha himself bathes the baby. But it’s true,” Rizatdinova clarified.

Let us remember that Anya is from Simferopol. From the age of five she was trained by her mother. Her teammates nicknamed the successful gymnast “Rosette” (derived from her last name). Rizatdinova is friends with famous gymnasts Anna Bessonova and Irisha Blokhina. By the way, a huge mural on the facade of a Kyiv house on the street. Streletskaya, 12 the artist dedicated it to her.

Let us remind you that businessman Alexander Onishchenko already has two children: 22-year-old daughter Diana and 15-year-old son Alexander.

Anna Rizatdinova, by the standards of her sport, can be considered a real veteran. She has been performing at a high level for many years, winning many awards during this time and becoming a true legend in her homeland. Considering the incredible level of competition from Russian girls, her position in rhythmic gymnastics is rated very highly by everyone.

Sailor's daughter

Anna Sergeevna Rizatdinova was born in 1993 in Simferopol. Her father was a long-distance sailor, her mother worked as a rhythmic gymnastics coach. At that time in Crimea this sport was developing quite dynamically, there was a good base with beautiful spacious halls. Local coaches have trained a number of good gymnasts, among whom Ekaterina Serebryanskaya can be distinguished.

Considering the above, it is not surprising that from the very early years Anna began to practice rhythmic gymnastics under the strict guidance of her mother-coach. It must be said that nature rather sparingly rewarded Anya with the physical characteristics necessary for a gymnast. According to Rizatdinova herself, she lacked stretching and flexibility, and she roared terribly as a child when trainers stretched her.

However, the girl soon became involved in her classes and could no longer imagine her life without rhythmic gymnastics. At a certain point, it became clear to everyone that Anna Rizatdinova had outgrown the regional level, after which she went to Kyiv, where she became a diligent student of the legendary Albina school and

The beginning of a great career

The youthful exploits of the Simferopol native at the international level delighted the girl’s coaches and allowed her to hope for a great sports future. In 2008, together with Tatyana Zagorodnya and Victoria Mazur, Anna Rizatdinova won third place in the team competition of the European Junior Championships. In addition, the girl performed well in the individual events, finishing in the top five in exercises with hoop and ribbon.

All these achievements allowed Anna to get into the national team of Ukraine, where there had long been a personnel crisis after leaving the sport. For several years, the girl got used to the transition to the adult level, not particularly pleased with her results in the individual competition.

However, the general high level the national team of Ukraine allowed Anna and her friends to regularly achieve good results in team competitions. So, in 2011, Rizatdinova became the bronze medalist of the World and European Championships in the team competition (together with Victoria Mazur and Victoria Shinkarenko).

First Olympic attempt

The 2011 World Championships in Montpellier were of particular importance for the young Ukrainian gymnast, since licenses to participate in the Olympic Games in London. However, young Anna Rizatdinova could not withstand the burden of psychological pressure and performed significantly below her capabilities, taking only eighteenth place in the individual all-around.

However, the girl still had one more chance to get to the main competitions of the four years. To do this, it was necessary to go through an additional round of selection, which took place in London. Anna Rizatdinova pulled herself together and calmly completed the task, winning a license to participate in the Olympics.

The final rehearsal for the Olympics was the continental championship, held in Nizhny Novgorod. Here the Ukrainian managed to get into the top ten, becoming eighth.

Anna Rizatdinova went to London as number one of the Ukrainian team. Everyone had been waiting for a breakthrough from the girl for a long time, but according to Anya herself, at that time she was rather cool about training, and could not make a qualitative leap in her development.

At the 2012 Games, the girl became tenth, again stopping at a respectable distance from the podium.

Victory time

An incomprehensible performance in London was the impetus that forced Anna Rizatdinova to reconsider her attitude towards her favorite business. For a long time, she was discouraged by the lack of real competition in the Ukrainian national team. However, she realized that her best years in rhythmic gymnastics were behind her, and she came to her senses, starting to give her all in the training halls.

Anna Rizatdinova made the real breakthrough in her career in 2013. She won an individual award for the first time at the continental championship, taking silver in the ribbon exercises, and also helped the team become second in the team competition.

The most successful for the girl was the home world championship, held in Kyiv. She won her first world championships gold medal in the hoop exercise and also performed brilliantly in the all-around, wedging her silver medal between two Russian women on the podium.

Rio

By the time the Olympic Games began in Rio, Anna Rizatdinova had already turned 23 years old - a critical age for representatives of rhythmic gymnastics.

The Simferopol native made good use of her last chance and took the bronze medal, losing only to the elusive Russian gymnasts.

Ukrainian rhythmic gymnast Anna Sergeevna Rizatdinova has repeatedly been a prize-winner at the European and World Championships; in 2016, she took third place on the podium at the Rio Olympics.

Childhood

Born in the city of Simferopol in 1993. The parents were athletes: father Sergei Rizatdinov is a master of sports in swimming, mother is rhythmic gymnast Oksana Rizatdinova. Mom became Anya’s first coach, Veronika Yurievna Belyaeva became the second coach. Now gymnast Anna Rizatdinova is from Kiev, her coaches are Albina and Irina Deryugin (Deriugin rhythmic gymnastics school).

Mom - Oksana Valerievna Rizatdinova is the senior coach of the Dynamo sports school, she is also an honored coach of Ukraine, vice-president of rhythmic gymnastics of Crimea. Herself sport school"Dynamo" arose in the 80s of the twentieth century. It was founded by Lyubov Serebryanskaya, mother Olympic champion Ekaterina Serebryanskaya. There are six rhythmic gymnastics schools in Crimea, Dynamo is the largest of them, with about 300 gymnasts training there. Despite the fact that Oksana Valerievna is an experienced coach, it is difficult for her to watch her daughter’s performances live and she gets very worried. She watches competitions with the participation of Anna Rizatdinova in replay.

She started studying at the age of four. At first it was just flexibility exercises, getting to know the gym and equipment. Rhythmic gymnastics classes began at the age of five. At first it was difficult, after painful stretching I even left classes for a while, but after a few months I returned to the gym of my own free will (my mother did not force me to do sports) and since then I have not given up gymnastics, training almost every day.

In 2008, as part of the Ukrainian team, which included Tanya Zagorodnyaya and Vika Mazur, she received a bronze medal for the team all-around at the European Junior Championships (Turin, Italy). She entered the top five with hoop and ribbon at this tournament, thanks to this she was included in the adult national team of Ukraine.

First Olympics

In 2009 at the World Championships in Ise (Japan) she was fourth in the team competition.

In 2010, at the world championship in Moscow, the Ukrainian team took fourth place. In the same year, at the European Championships, which took place in the city of Bremen, there were 14 in the all-around.

In 2011, at the European Championships in Minsk, she was awarded team bronze. Also a bronze medal for team performance at the World Championships in Montpellier (France).

Since the gymnast did not have an Olympic license before the Olympics, she went through an additional round of competitions in London at the beginning of 2012, as a result of which she was included in the Ukrainian Olympic team as its leader.

At the European Championships in Nizhny Novgorod she took eighth place, and at the subsequent Olympic Games in London she took tenth place in the individual all-around. By shells best result showed in clubs, with these shells she was fifth. Anya considered the London Olympics to be her personal defeat, since Ukrainian gymnasts were always in the top five at competitions of this level.

After the Olympics, the rules in rhythmic gymnastics changed - dance movements and artistry were rated higher. Anya was able to perform beautifully and gracefully, so her exercises began to be rated higher. Good personal data plus the preparation of a good program became the basis for the athlete’s further success.

At the Aeon Cup World Club Championship she won a bronze medal. In the individual all-around she became second, losing to the Russian athlete.

The 2012 Ukrainian Championship brought four gold medals.

In 2013

At the World Cup stage in the Estonian city of Tartu, she received gold medals for all-around and hoop, and won silver for performances with ribbon, clubs, and ball.

At the World Championships in Kyiv, she won a gold medal for performing with a hoop (defeating Yana Kudryavtseva and Margarita Mamun), and received silver for the ribbon and all-around. She lost the ball, so with this projectile she only finished sixth. It’s interesting, but when she was on the first step of the podium, they mistakenly played not the Ukrainian, but the Russian anthem, but the Ukrainian flag was still raised. After these successful competitions, Anna became famous, she was invited to interviews, and her authority as an athlete grew significantly. She decided to thoroughly prepare for the Olympics, which were still more than two years away.

At the Aeon Cup, together with Vika Mazur, she received team bronze. She was fourth in the individual all-around.

In 2014

The Grand Prix stage in Thiais brought a gold medal for the ribbon, a silver medal for the ball, and two bronze medals for exercises with clubs and a hoop.

World Cup stage in Debrecen - a gold medal for ball exercises and two silver medals for clubs and all-around.

European Championships in Baku - bronze medal in the overall championship.

World Championships in Izmir - four bronze medals - team, all-around, and also for ribbon and clubs.

Club tournament Aeon Cup - team bronze.

In 2014, Ukraine experienced a tragedy - clashes on the Maidan (trainings took place in the October Palace and Anna Rizatdinova was an eyewitness to all the events) affected the training schedule, which was canceled altogether for some time. The programming of the performances was delayed and may not have been as originally planned. While Anya was performing in Hungary, Ukraine lost Crimea, where the athlete’s parents remained. The events in Donbass also had a hard impact on the state and sports; the Ukrainian government first of all cut the country’s sports budget. Athletes began to flee from Ukraine; for example, one of the leaders of rhythmic gymnastics moved to Russia. But Rizatdinova clearly decided for herself - she retains Ukrainian citizenship and continues to play for the Ukrainian national team.

The political situation is affecting sports; the Ukrainian national team missed the Grand Prix stage, which took place in Moscow. But in general, the gymnast communicates with Russian athletes and coaches, trying not to touch on political topics in conversations. It is difficult for her to talk about Crimea, with which her childhood is connected and nostalgic memories remain. She does not visit the peninsula, although Anya sees her parents when they come to Kyiv.

In 2015

World Cup stage in Pesaro - silver medal for ribbon, bronze medal for performance with clubs.

Summer Universiade (Gwangju, South Korea) - gold medal for exercises with clubs, silver - for the ball, bronze - for the ribbon.

World Championships in Stuttgart - bronze for team all-around, ribbon, hoop, clubs. The athlete took a risk because she performed an updated program with a hoop, which she had just mastered. In the individual all-around she was fifth (she made a mistake in an exercise with clubs), thus receiving a license for the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro 2016. Because of the won Olympic license, the athlete had such an emotional upsurge that she did not feel tired for several days. And this despite the fact that after other competitions of a similar level, Anya needed to rest for several days from psychological and physical stress.

There was only one Olympic license, because, according to the new rules, if the number 2 of the team does not fall into the top 15, then its chances of getting to the Olympics are very small. Therefore, Anna Rizatdinova had to take it alone to defend the honor of her state at the games in Rio in next year.

At competitions gymnastics clubs Aeon Cup won two silver medals - in the team all-around and individual all-around.

In 2015, several critical articles were published about Ukrainian rhythmic gymnasts - as if they walked during performances, unprofessional work with apparatus. Perhaps the programs were simply not complex enough and they decided to make them more difficult for the participants of the Ukrainian team. Anna Rizatdinova tried to add artistry to the performance, focusing on dance elements. But she also began working with the subject, honing in on the finer details. At first, this tactic resulted in frequent losses of apparatus during performances, but after carefully practicing the exercises, Ukrainian rhythmic gymnastics in the person of Anna Rizatdinova was transformed - there were no more caustic comments regarding technique.

At the Rio Olympics she received bronze for the individual absolute championship. She lost to Margarita Mamun (first place) and Yan Kudryavtsev (second place). For successful performance at the Olympics she was awarded the Order of Princess Olga, second degree.

At the competition between clubs, Aeon Cup won a silver medal in the individual championship, the Ukrainian team won bronze.

At the beginning of 2017, Anna Rizatdinova was injured at the Kiev Grand Prix stage and withdrew from the competition. The leader of the Ukrainian team said that she does not intend to retire from the sport, and after recovery she will continue to fight for prizes at world tournaments.

Personal life

In sports, Anna followed Ekaterina Serebryanskaya, who also trained in Crimea. Despite the fact that when Anya started her sports career, and Katya had already finished it, the girl studied the sports experience of the Olympic champion and it helped her to train and perform effectively.

Also a role model was Anna Bessonova, whose portraits the girl covered her room with. From her I learned perseverance in achieving goals and the ability to overcome difficulties.

One of the components of success in sports is long warm-ups, which in the Ukrainian team last up to five hours, although they usually warm up for up to two hours before competitions. Warm-ups include practicing small parts, difficult exercises. They also help smooth out the nervous environment before competitions through prolonged, but not too strong physical activity.

The athlete trains every day from 9 am to 8 pm, with a short break for lunch. Closed on Sunday.

Anna loves to travel - she especially likes the United States of America; the metropolises of New York and Los Angeles occupy the highest place in the ranking of the gymnast’s preferences. Among European cities, she especially likes Barcelona. At home he loves to visit the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra.

Sometimes he visits cinemas. Loves listening to music, likes the work of Michael Jackson.

Rizatdinova did not adhere to strict diets, she loves ice cream, chocolate, pizza, the extra calories disappear after training. If an athlete works hard, it is difficult for him to gain weight, even with plenty of nutrition. The main thing is that the food is natural. You need to avoid food with chemical additives, because they can provoke metabolic disorders, which harm your figure much more than high-calorie foods. For breakfast he eats cottage cheese, yoghurt, fruit, and oatmeal. For lunch, boiled or steamed chicken, rice, buckwheat, salad. Dinner usually consists of a fish dish and salad.

Since the athlete devotes all her time to gymnastics, even trying to spend her free time on training, there is no time left for her personal life. Also, a lot of time is spent on competitions - training camps, travel, sometimes even acclimatization, all this takes a lot of strength and energy.

Anya likes it figure skating, even though she doesn't know how to skate. The love for dancing is embodied on the mat - the gymnast has excellent choreography that harmoniously combines with complex sports elements. She loves to swim and has tried her hand at surfing and rowing. Visited several times football matches, where Dynamo Kyiv played, supported the Portuguese national team at Euro 2016.

After graduation sports career wants to be a coach. She also wants to try herself as a TV presenter.

Anna Rizatdinova- our pride and hope: for the coming summer Olympic Games 2016 the athlete will represent Ukraine, which is why her daily routine now is training, training and more training. Fragile but strong, flexible, but with unbending willpower and a tempered character, Anna is an example of how to correctly set goals and achieve them - systematically, confidently, step by step. The girl was born and raised in a family of athletes: when your mother is a rhythmic gymnastics coach, and your father is a master of sports in swimming, the question of where this endurance and “Olympic” spirit came from, of course, is not relevant! We admire Anya and wish her to achieve all her goals, as well as fulfill her most cherished dreams and glorify Ukraine in the world. "Olympics 2016", but for now let’s take a look in her makeup bag and find out beauty secrets and the success of a professional gymnast and just spend time in the company of a real Self-made woman. Enjoy!

Anna, tell us about yourself and, of course, about your profession?

I have been doing rhythmic gymnastics all my life. This is my calling, this is everything to me. My mother was a famous gymnast in the past, now she has her own rhythmic gymnastics school in Crimea, I also decided to follow in her footsteps and continue the family business. This is a wonderful sport for girls, it makes us more feminine, graceful and simply helps us reveal our inner world. Now I am completely immersed in preparations for the Olympics, which will take place in August in Rio de Janeiro. For me, these are the most important starts of my entire career and I will make every effort to adequately represent our country in Rio.

Anna, at such a young age (22 years old), you are a world champion in the hoop exercise, a multiple winner of the world and European gymnastics championships, what do you think is your secret to success?

This is a huge amount of work, I have been working towards this for a long time. This is not only my work, but also that of my coaches - Irisha Blokhina, Irina Ivanovna Deryugina and Alba Nikolaevna Deryugina. I have almost daily training - from morning to evening, I live by rhythmic gymnastics, and am focused only on the highest result.

How did you come to your profession: what inspired you to do this particular business?

My mother is a rhythmic gymnastics coach. I spent my entire childhood in the gym and watched how gymnasts trained. Initially, there was no particular desire to become a gymnast, but then, I still felt the real buzz that rhythmic gymnastics gives me.

What difficulties did you face on the path to success? How did you overcome them?

I improve my skills every day thanks to my coaches - Irisha Blokhina and Irina Deryugina. This is not an easy sport, I spend the whole day in the gym, and there is almost no time for any of my own affairs. This requires complete dedication. There were many difficulties, but why talk about them if I cope with them successfully.

There is an opinion that women in professional sports suffer from health problems - too much physical activity, inadequate rest and irregular schedules. Is this a myth or reality?

Indeed, the loads are colossal. But you get used to them, as your body gets used to daily training, travel, and competitions. Of course, it’s not easy, but I know the price of victory, and believe me, it’s worth it when the country’s flag is raised in front of a crowded hall.

What is your daily routine? Where and how do you start your day and how do you end it?

It's very simple - training, training, and more training. Six days a week, except Sunday, I’m in the gym, and if there are important competitions, then on Sunday too. The training lasts from nine in the morning until the evening. There is an hour break for lunch, then - back to battle!

How does your profession influence your skin care routine?

Doesn't have much effect. If I have a few free days after the competition, I can afford to visit the SPA salon to relax a little. There I make various kinds of natural masks. But at home everything is simple - I use moisturizing creams, nothing special.

What “jars” can you find on your bathroom shelf right now?

I don't have as much makeup as other girls. There is Chanel foundation, a couple of moisturizers, a couple of pencils and several bright shades of MAC lipstick.

What cosmetics are always in your training bag and why?

Sometimes in the evening, despite being tired, I still attend social events or just go to the movies with friends. Of course, you have to do your makeup right in the hall! I can't do without foundation, eyeliner and bright red lipstick.

What are the main skin problems that gymnasts face?

This is all very individual - it all depends on the athlete’s age, nutrition and care for her face. I try to eat healthy and take care of myself. If we take it in general, then problems arise only due to fatigue and constant flights - there may be rashes on the face.

Do you visit a cosmetologist? What procedures do you usually like to do?

No, I don’t visit a cosmetologist. There is no such need. I try to cope on my own))

What's the most unusual spa treatment you've ever had?

Chocolate wraps are an indescribable experience. I will definitely repeat this procedure after the Olympics.

Tell us about your body care routine? What creams, lotions and gels do you prefer?

I love natural body care cosmetics, I buy everything at airports - during flights to competitions. I don't have a lot of makeup in general. I love French shower gels and LOREAL cosmetics.

What cosmetics are in your makeup bag right now?

Red MAC lipstick and eyeliner.

Do you wear makeup for a workout?

No, we come to training without makeup. What for?! We train until we sweat, this is unnecessary.

Like any other woman, you probably have a favorite red lipstick - what is it, what brand, what shade? How long did it take to search and select (we know that this is still a problem for a girl!)))

Of course I follow fashion trends: I think there is nothing better for a girl than MAC lipsticks in different shades! I order a lot of them, constantly experimenting with color.

If we talk about your evening makeup, what do you prefer to highlight - eyes or lips? Why?

I highlight both the eyes and the lips. I like to stand out from the crowd and be bright, so I need to emphasize all my facial features.

Anna, what is your secret to a slim figure?

The secret of being slim for gymnasts is very simple: we eat little and work hard in the gym. I can honestly admit to you that I have never been on a diet in my life.

But how do you keep yourself in shape?

Only thanks to training and in some cases I had to give up lunches and dinners. I constantly look after myself. I wake up in the morning, get out of bed, step on the scale, and immediately understand how much I can eat without my weight changing. In the same way after training: I come home and step on the scale, and accordingly, I understand whether I can afford dinner or not.

Is it more effective for you to work out in the gym or to control your morning and evening routines using weights?

For me, it’s more acceptable to work more in the gym and lose weight than not to eat at all, because I still need strength! We have a very endurance sport, and strength is always needed, since training lasts every day - from morning to evening.

How do you recover after training?

After a long day of work, I always try to lie on the bed with my legs raised. I lie down and put something under my feet, for example a blanket, so that my feet are at a height - this way I restore muscles, joints, and relieve swelling. This helps me a lot.

What other special beauty secrets do you have?

For example, during long flights, I always wear compression gaiters! They really help me fly to the competition site without swollen legs! I practically don’t use creams for my body, hands and feet - all of this is replaced by coconut oil. This is a magical remedy! I also try to cook with coconut oil - it’s delicious and most importantly healthy!

What scents do you prefer?

I really love soft and delicate scents. My favorite perfumes are Tom Ford and Bond NY.
