Morning exercises are a complex specially selected exercises that are carried out with the aim of adjusting, "charge" child for the whole coming day.

Morning exercises has a beneficial effect on the entire child’s body and has a great healing and educational effect.

Awakening gymnastics (gymnastics after nap) is aimed at the correct gradual awakening of the child’s body from sleep. It is also a hardening procedure. Gymnastics waking up helps children improve their mood and muscle tone.

I suggest complexes of morning exercises and awakening exercises, which are based on children’s existing skills and motor experience. Duration gymnastics for children 2-3 years old is 4-7 minutes.
