Among the city's racers it is considered very prestigious to get on this list. The local riders crowd greeted the newcomer with dissatisfaction. The player fights several of them and wins. When the time comes to fight Razor, 15 on the "black list", someone rummages in the car of the protagonist and as a result he loses. Raizor takes the BMW and takes off to the top of the list of wanted drivers thanks to our car, and now drives the streets like their rightful owner. Razor will stop at nothing, just to keep the honorary title, and the hero himself is arrested by police sergeant Cross - a good racer and a very famous policeman.
After a while, Mia, Raizor's acquaintance, dissatisfied with the way he dealt with the newcomer, helps the hero get out of prison and provides him with a garage and a car to participate in races. The player begins to slowly move up the "black list", gaining the authority and attention of the city police. After the player fights the antagonist Razor and takes his car and the first place on the "black list" from him, the player learns that Mia is working undercover - seeing her arrest Razor, and gives the protagonist a chance to escape. All police forces of the city rush after the player. It is no longer possible to hide in houses, the only way to get away from the police is to drive along the closed road under construction and get out of the city.
