Children and youth sports school No. 37 was opened on ice skating rink"Khrustalny" in November 2003 with a branch figure skating on skates. In the first season, a pair skating group headed by Vladimir Zakharov was created at Khrustalny, Ksenia Rumyantseva moved from the Young Pioneers Stadium with her ice dancing group, and Anastasia Burnova came from the Rus Youth Sports School with her best students. Sports improvement groups (SIA) were immediately opened, and then higher education groups sportsmanship(GVSM). In 2008, Eteri Tutberidze moved with her group from Children's Sports School No. 8.

In 2013, by order of the Moscow Government, SDUSSHOR No. 37 entered the system of the Sambo-70 Sports and Education Center of Moskomsport and now bears the name of the Khrustalny department.

People are working at the Sokolniki Ice Palace hockey school and a figure skating school.

In 1946, with the start of the Moscow Spartak performance in Major League, the team began to operate a hockey department for training the reserve team of masters "Spartak". By 1960, the department had grown to the size of a school and, on the initiative of the Moscow City Council of Moscow Trade Unions, in the 1960/61 season. A children's and youth hockey school of the Moscow City Council of the Spartak Society was officially created. Since 1971, the school acquired the status of a sports school. Since the beginning of its formation, the sports school has trained a number of outstanding hockey players: A. Yakushev, V. Shadrin, V. Shalimov, I. Kovalchuk, D. Semin and others. Hockey teams SDYUSHOR have repeatedly become winners and prize-winners of Russian youth competitions. Her students are included in the youth teams of Moscow and Russia.

Former students of the Spartak Youth Sports School - Steblin A.Ya., Kuharzh E.F., Weisfeld L.V., Kanareikin F.L. and today there are notable people in hockey. There are 14 trainers-teachers working at the sports school, of which three trainers-teachers have the title “Honored Trainer of Russia”, two have the title “Honored Master of Sports”, two have the title “Master of Sports of International Class”, one has the title “Master of Sports”. All trainers and teachers with higher vocational education, six of them have the highest qualification category, one each - First and Second. The women's hockey department continues to operate in the form of a sports and recreational group, in which 10 girls aged from 7 to 17 years participate. Classes are held for goalkeepers at the Spartak Sports School.

Since 09/01/2010, the sports school "Youth of Moscow" for hockey "Spartak" has left the State Educational Institution of Children's and Children's Sports School "Youth of Moscow" and joined the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Children's and Children's Sports School of the FSO "Moscow Hockey" changing its name to the sports school "Spartak".

The sports school for figure skating was founded on the basis of the Sokolniki Sports Palace in the sixties; it produced many figure skating stars.

Sports traditions of preparing reserves for Russian national teams are preserved at the Sports School. Among the school's students are winners and prize-winners of the USSR, Russian, European, World and Winter Olympic Games. They were inscribed in history in golden letters domestic sports their names: Vladimir Kovalev, Sergey Chetverukhin, Anna Kondrashova, Maya Usova, Alexander Zhulin, Oksana Grischuk, Evgeny Platov, Ilya Averbukh, Marina Klimova, Sergey Ponomarenko.
