The second type of gait is walking with the entire foot on the ground at once, the so-called “military gait.”

The third type of gait is the gait, which was called “Greek” by K. S. Stanislavsky. When performing a step of this gait, at the moment of moving your legs forward, you need to slightly weaken ankle joint, due to which the foot hangs down with the toes, and the outer edge hangs more than the inner one (the left side of the left foot, the right side of the right foot). Therefore, when descending, the foot must be placed not only with the toe, but also with the toe out. To make the descent easy, it is necessary, at the moment when the leg descending to the bottom step moves forward, to leave the body weight on the leg standing on the top step. Knee upper leg bends until the descending leg touches the bottom step with its toe; only then does the body weight calmly transfer to this leg. The foot should touch the step with the little toe, as in a style gait. You need to be able to go down the stairs at different paces. Descents are especially dangerous for actresses wearing long skirts and high-heeled shoes.

Regardless of the direction, speed, or amplitude of movement around the stage, it should always be silent.
