The goal of the ART-WINDOW cultural platform is to promote the development of small towns in the Belgorod, Kursk and Orenburg regions through the formation of urban communities and the implementation of cultural projects. The focus is on the cities of Stary Oskol, Gubkin, Zheleznogorsk and Novotroitsk.

Arranging professional communications in the field of culture, providing opportunities for additional education, grant support for cultural initiatives in small towns and sociological research of territories are priority areas of work for the ART-OKNO cultural platform.
