  Only a paid question can be made private. Clients and visitors of the site will not be able to see the text of your question and the answers to it.

• How do I find the question I asked a few days (weeks, months) ago?

  There are two ways to find the question that you asked some time ago.

  Method one. When you ask a question, a letter is sent to the specified e-mail address. By clicking on this link, you can view your question.

  Method two. Log in to the site by clicking on the "Login" button in the upper right part of the screen. Enter your email and password (if you do not remember your password, use the link to reset your password). After you have logged in, go to your Personal Account and select "Your consultations" in the left menu. This section contains all the questions you have ever asked.

• Why pay for a question?

  When you select a paid question, it is pinned to the home page. Publication of a paid question significantly increases the quality and speed of providing advice from lawyers.

  In addition, a paid question can be made "Private" (see).

• Why pay for someone else's free question?

  If you find a free question on the site, similar to the one you would like to ask yourself, and there is no lawyer's answer, you can pay for the question and get a better consultation from specialists.

• How to complain about a specialist's answer?

  Our experts always give the most accurate and detailed answers. But sometimes there are situations when you need to report a message (for example, spam from a just registered specialist or incorrect behavior). For these purposes, we have placed buttons for evaluating a lawyer's answer, thereby enabling the author of the question and other registered lawyers to rate the specialist's answer.

  You can only complain to arbitration if you provide personal advice.

• How to correctly determine the cost of an issue?

  In order for a lawyer to answer your question quickly and with the highest quality, we recommend that you pay attention to the assessment of the cost of the question.

  Of course, each legal situation is unique in its own way and has its own nuances and subtleties. On the project, we conditionally divide all questions to lawyers into three categories:

  Easy question Usually this is a standard, typical situation, the solution of which can be a short answer from a lawyer, based on his legal knowledge base (laws, codes, etc.). Such situations do not have any special nuances and do not require clarification.

  An ordinary question Most legal cases, despite the external standard, have their own characteristics, which automatically requires a deeper study by a lawyer of all the details of the issue. This situation implies clarifications and leading questions.

  Difficult issue Difficult issues involve ambiguous interpretations from the point of view of the law. Such cases require a collegial decision and a detailed study of documents.

• Why should I choose several lawyers to answer my question?

  The more lawyers who answer your question, the less likely there is a legal error. There are issues that can be approached from different angles, and the opinions of lawyers on them can differ significantly. If, when solving such questions, you choose several lawyers to answer, then you give the opportunity to make a collegial decision, which is more likely to be correct, and in making which all sides of your question will be studied.

• What is an urgent question?

  If you choose this option when submitting a question, you are guaranteed to receive an answer from lawyers within a few minutes (on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time).

• What does the opinion of a member of the Expert Council give?

  The Expert Council is the 20 best lawyers of our project. These are the most experienced, reliable and competent lawyers who have earned our trust with their quality answers. Therefore, when choosing the opinion of a member of the Expert Council, you are guaranteed to receive a high-quality and detailed answer to your question, which allows you to reduce the risk of a legal error to a minimum.

• Why should I distribute royalties?

  If you have received the necessary answers from lawyers and think that your issue has been resolved, click on the "Distribute the fee" button and divide the remuneration among those lawyers whose answers, in your opinion, helped you.

• My question was not moderated. What is the reason?

  A moderator can delete a question if:

  • the same question was asked again;
  • the question text is typed in capital letters (this usually happens if the Caps Lock button is pressed);
  • the text is typed in uppercase and lowercase letters mixed ("THIS IS THE OVERVIEW") or in letters of different alphabets ("the next image");
  • the question text contains a large number of grammatical and / or syntax errors;
  • the text contains explicit or latent rudeness, rudeness, insults, obscene language, including hidden behind special characters;
  • the title does not reflect the essence of the question (uninformative), for example: "Help!", "I have a problem!", "Cry from the heart!" etc;
  • the title of the question is overloaded with punctuation marks (more than three in a row), for example: "How to issue alimony ?????".
• Why do you need a chat?

  The chat allows any registered user to request a paid consultation from a specific lawyer, as well as discuss its cost and terms of rendering. If the client is not satisfied with the lawyer's answer, he can file a complaint against this lawyer in arbitration.

• How to get legal advice?

  You choose the lawyer you like in the "Directory of Lawyers" section or on any page of the project and click on the "Chat" button.

  Further, you inform the lawyer about your problem in a short form and specify the cost and duration of the consultation. Then you press the button "Request a consultation", then fill in the required fields and press the button "Request". After the lawyer has agreed to provide you with advice, you press the "Pay" button (to pay for the consultation, you must have the required amount on the Pravoved.RU account). After clicking the "Pay" button, the required amount on your account is frozen. Then you communicate with a lawyer within the framework of your problem, and at the end of the dialogue, the lawyer completes the consultation. After this moment, the frozen amount from your account is transferred to the lawyer's account.

  If the consultation was not provided properly (the lawyer was playing for time, behaved inappropriately, etc.), you can complain to the user support service.

• How do I change my first or last name?

  If you need to change your first or last name, you need to write a letter from the email address specified during registration. In the letter, indicate the required changes.

• How do I fund my account?

  You need to go to the section Personal Account> Finance. Next, you select the "Account replenishment" tab in the upper right corner. Then indicate the amount you want to deposit to the account and the method of replenishment (Bank card, SMS, electronic money, etc.). If you have a promo code, you enter it in the required field and click "Continue". Next, you will be redirected to the website of the payment system, where, after entering the necessary data, payment will be made.

  Pravoved.RU accepts payments from a mobile phone account. When choosing a payment method, select the logo of your operator and proceed to payment. You will need to enter a phone number. • What if there was an error while using the payment service?

• Can I make money by answering questions?

  Sure! This is one of the main functions of the Pravoved.RU project - to provide lawyers with the opportunity to work and earn money remotely, regardless of their location.

  You can make money by answering paid questions that customers post or by providing personalized advice via online chat.

• What is needed to answer a paid question?

  To access paid questions, you need to answer 150 free questions, get 50 positive customer reviews, and prove your education. Try to answer any paid question - a window will appear with your achievements and the ability to send an application.

  In response to the application, you will receive a test on the knowledge of the project rules by mail, the successful completion of which will open access to paid services.

  If in the window that appears, a smaller number of received reviews or answered questions is indicated, this means that you received several reviews from the same client or added an add-on, not a full-fledged answer. To access paid questions, only one answer per question and one review from each customer are counted.

• What is the commission of the site Pravoved.RU?

  Pravoved.RU charges a commission of 30% of the base cost of the question and 30% of the amount of a personal consultation in an online chat.

• If several lawyers answered a paid question, who will get the money?

  If the client decides to close the issue himself after receiving several consultations, he will be asked to choose one or more specialists who helped him, and whose answers he (the client) considered useful.

  If the client has chosen several specialists, he has the opportunity to distribute the remuneration among them in any percentage.

  If the client has chosen one specialist, this specialist will receive the entire remuneration amount.

  After 3 days, if the client has not closed the question, but at the same time answers were given to it, the Council of Experts is connected to the closing of the question (see). The members of the Expert Council vote on the answers they deem correct. After 5 votes of the members of the Council of Experts are collected, the issue is considered closed. The fee is distributed as a percentage among those who answered the question, depending on the votes of the SE. If a member of the SE answered the question, he does not participate in the distribution of the fee. All this time, the user has priority when closing the question. The rest of the specialists who participated in the consultation increase their rating.

• How to provide advice to the user?

  There are two options for starting an online consultation: the client chooses you, or you offer the client a paid consultation by clicking on the "Message" button.

  Further, the client informs you about his problem in a short form and specifies the cost and duration of the consultation. Then the client either himself requests a consultation from you, and you agree to the terms, or you click the "Start consultation" button, fill in the required fields and click the "Offer" button. After the user has confirmed the conditions and paid for the consultation, you will see a corresponding message. The money in the client's account is frozen. Then you communicate with the client within the framework of his question and, at the end of the dialogue, complete the consultation. After this moment, the frozen amount from the client's account is transferred to your account.

  If the advice was not provided properly, the client can complain to arbitration.

• Why do I need to fill out my profile?

  The completed profile is the client's trust in the lawyer. Clients are more likely to order a personal paid consultation with a lawyer with a completed profile and a photo uploaded. We recommend that you fill in the items on education, specialization and upload a photo.

  In the "Additional" section, you can briefly describe the main services that you provide and their average cost. In the "About me" column, enter what will help the client choose you when looking for a specialist to apply for personal advice.

• Why and how to confirm legal education?

  At Pravoved.RU we strive to maintain high quality and proper professional level of consultations, therefore, only those lawyers who have passed the verification procedure can give paid consultations, i.e. confirmed the presence of a higher legal education. Also, confirmation of education is necessary to be able to answer paid questions.

  In individual cases, we can allow the provision of paid services on the site to lawyers with secondary specialized legal education or higher specialized education (tax consultant, auditor, etc.).

  To confirm your education, you need to upload a photocopy of your education diploma through your personal account (Personal account> Edit profile> Education). The uploaded document is not published anywhere and will be available only to the administration.

  After verification, which takes 2-3 business days, the administration assigns you the status of a verified lawyer.

• What is the rating for?

  Clients select specialists for personal consultations, including by rating.

• How is the rating calculated?

  The rating is calculated for the last year. At the same time, the indicators of each lawyer are compared with those of their colleagues. The exact formula of the rating was not disclosed in order to avoid possible cheating. But in the Personal Account of a lawyer, you can track all the metrics that affect the rating.

• How do I withdraw funds from my account?

  To withdraw money from your balance on the site, go to the "Balance Management" section, select the "Withdrawal" tab and go through verification. Select the account of an individual or legal entity and individual entrepreneur. Please note that legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will be able to withdraw money only to a current account.

  For natural person the minimum withdrawal amount is RUB 1,500. Select the withdrawal method, enter the number and click "Continue". A letter will be sent to your mail with a link to confirm the withdrawal of funds. In 1-3 business days, the money will be credited to your account.

  The Expert Council is a group of lawyers whom we have assigned the status of an expert. They have earned professional recognition for their activities on the project or in real life, according to the subjective opinion of colleagues and the project team. The expert's icon and the inscription “Member of the expert council Pravoved.ru” are displayed in the lawyer's profile, in the catalog and on the question page when the lawyer publishes his answer.

• I registered a law firm on the Pravoved.RU website, what's next?
• How to add a new employee to the company?

  To add a new employee, you need to go to your Personal Account and go to the "Employee Management" section. On the "Employee Management" page, it is enough to enter the employee's e-mail, his name, surname, position, after which he will be sent an invitation to join your company on the Pravoved.RU website.

• How to block access to an employee?

  Go to your Personal Account in the "Employee Management" section. Below the invitation sending form is a list of your company's employees. Next to each profile is a link to "block employee".

• What do my employees see in their personal account?

  All your employees see all the consultations of the company (including requests for personal consultation), all personal messages, ratings and company metrics, customer reviews and specialists about the company's consultations.

  The rest of the sections are available only to the head of the company.

• Can my employee advise both on behalf of a law firm and as a private practice?

  Yes, it can, but for this he will need to register a regular lawyer account for himself at a different email address. In this case, he will be able to provide consultations as a private practice.

• What is the commission of the Pravoved.RU project for law firms?

  Pravoved.RU charges a single commission from both private lawyers and legal companies - 30% of the base cost of the issue and 30% of the amount of a personal consultation in an online chat.

• Yurcoins

  Yurcoins are the currency of Pravoved.ru, which is credited to each lawyer as a bonus for useful actions on the project. Participation in one paid question costs 8 yurcoins. At the same time, within the framework of one question, you can answer unlimitedly - yurcoins will be debited only for the first answer.

• How the affiliate program works

• Processing applications
  1. An incoming application goes through automatic processing for duplicates and an anti-fraud system, then the call center employees call on the received lead and the lead is assigned a category of rights. Lead - a direct call goes to lawyers. If the pre-order for direct calls to lawyers is completed, the call goes to our call center and the operator forms a telephone lead.

  3. After the application is completed, rejection by buyers (lawyers and law firms) may occur. • Withdrawal methods

2. Date and venue

Competitions are held on November 16, 2013 at the Palace of Culture on May 1: Moscow region, Klimovsk, Zavodskaya street, 3. The start of the competition and weigh-in will be announced additionally (by e-mail or SMS).

3. Organization and management

The general organization of the competition is carried out by the MU Center for Civil and Patriotic Education of Youth "Fakel" and the gym "Good Lift", with the participation of the Podolsk branch of the All-Union All-Union Organization of the Great Patriotic War "Battle Brotherhood" and the Charitable Foundation "Healthy Nation".

4. Competitors

Interested organizations and institutions are invited to participate in the competition, as well as individual athletes who have reached the age of 16 who have submitted registered applications for participation in the competition.

The organizers reserve the right to announce later the standards for admission to the competition, with the obligatory notification of the athletes (by e-mail or SMS).

The winner in the team championship is the team that scored the maximum number of points among all teams.

7. Winner's reward ceremony

Awarding of winners and prize-winners in the individual and team championship, who took 1-3 places in the nominations, is carried out with commemorative certificates and medals.

8. Financing

The costs associated with organizing, holding and awarding the winners are borne by the organizers of the competition, interested organizations and sponsors. Travel expenses and meals for participants are borne by the sending organization. There is no entry fee.

Attention! All participants on the day of the competition, with them, must necessarily have a visa certified by a doctor, and a passport or identity card (driving license, military ID). Without these documents, athletes will not be allowed to compete.

Appendix 2

Competition rules:

1. Competitions are performed without the use of equipment (bench shirts, overalls, knee bandages for powerlifting).
2. You can use: hand bandages, belts (maximum belt width - 10 cm).
3. If necessary, you can use a non-supporting bandage (for one leg or arm). Non-Supportive Bandages are normal medical bandages. The bandage must be presented to the judge before use.
4. Exercises are performed according to IPF rules

Squats(rules and order of execution).

After removing the barbell (assistants can help), the athlete takes the starting position.

After the athlete accepts the starting position, the judge gives the command - SIT.

The athlete will squat so that the top of the leg at the hip joints is lower than the top of the knee. Only one downward movement is allowed.

The athlete must independently return to an upright position with the legs fully extended at the knees. Standing up twice ("jumping", prohibited).

As soon as the athlete takes a stationary position, the judge gives the command to return the barbell to the racks - RACKS.

- Is prohibited- Failure to follow the head referee's signals when starting or ending an exercise. Double standing up (bouncing) from the bottom squat position or any downward movement while standing up. Error in bending the knees and lowering the torso to a position where the upper part of the surface of the legs at the hip joints is lower than the top of the knees.

Bench press(rules and order of execution)

The athlete should lie on his back, head, shoulders and "whole" buttocks in contact with the surface of the bench. The sole and heels of his shoes should be in contact with the surface of the platform or blocks (as far as the shape of the shoe allows).

The fingers should wrap around the bar on the racks, with the thumbs “locked” around the bar. This position must be maintained during

doing the exercise. The use of a reverse grip is prohibited.

To provide solid support for the legs, the athlete can use even plates or blocks no higher than 30 cm from the surface of the platform.

The distance between the hands on the bar, which is measured between the index fingers, should not exceed 81 cm (both index fingers should be inside the 81 cm marks).

After removing the barbell from the racks with or without the help of assistants, the athlete must wait for the signal from the head judge with his arms fully extended (“on”) at the elbows.

The signal to start the press should be given as soon as the lifter takes a motionless

position and the bar will be in the correct position. The signal to start the exercise is the command - START.

After receiving the signal, the athlete must lower the barbell to the chest and keep it in a motionless position on the chest (usually the base of the sternum), after which the judge gives the command - PRESS. The lifter must then squeeze the bar upwards onto straight arms. After fixing the bar in this position, the judge gives the command - STANDS.

- Is prohibited- Any error in following the referee's commands. Any change in the starting position during the exercise (any lift (lift) of the head, shoulders, buttocks from the bench or movement of the legs on the platform or blocks, or movement of the hands along the bar). 1. How to register on Elibrary.ru to calculate the RSCI?

There are two registration options: regular user registration and registration as an author. The second includes the first, i.e. first register as a user, and then as an author - or immediately fill out an extended form.

To do this, go to registration page and carefully fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk.

In addition to the names, the fields also have hint explanations. To see them, hover your cursor over the question icon next to each field.

Where there is a Select or Add button, click it and fill out the form that will appear on top of the main questionnaire. For example, in the following form, on the left, manually enter the full name of the organization, and on the right, select the city where it is located. After that, click Search and select the required organization from the list (if only one is found, click it - this is the only way it will appear in the main form field).

After that, the additional form can be closed.

When you reach the end of the user form, put a tick in front of the inscription "register me as an author in the Science Index system" and continue filling in - already as an author.

When all the fields marked with an asterisk are filled in, do not forget to click the Save button.

2. Fields not marked with an asterisk are also important!

Fields that are not marked with an asterisk do not need to be filled in right away, they can then be edited by going to the same page using your name and password. But there is no need to delay filling them in, otherwise your RSCI will remain a mystery for a long time.

Be sure to fill in the Logs field (they are added from the ready-made RSCI list).

If you work or have worked in different organizations, enter other organizations in the Organizations field (necessary for the best recognition of your work if other organizations are indicated in some of your publications).

For the same reasons, the form has a Previous surname (maiden name) field.

3. How long to wait for the result?

But I don’t know !!! In any case, the result will not be ready as quickly as one might expect from a modern web service! What were you waiting for? This is a serious Russian scientific service, not Yandex or Google! Its developers seriously complain that only a limited budget did not allow them to carry out manual data processing. I waited for the result for so long that in my imagination more than once there were librarian girls, painstakingly sorting through paper forms in wooden boxes.

Seriously, they say that information is processed within 10 days. But this is provided, if you did not ignore the fields without asterisks. If after a couple of weeks there is no result, then check the completeness and correctness of filling out the registration form and, if necessary, make changes to it: edit the keywords, add sections of the thematic heading, journals, etc. After editing, the RSCI should be determined almost immediately.

On the website elibrary.ru, in the left menu, click Author search (or go to this link), fill in the form that opens and click Search.

The main figures - the number of publications and the number of citations - are located at the bottom right. Clicking on any of these numbers will open the corresponding list of publications.
