Epsom salt

Magnesium sulfate is a modern, time-tested colon cleanser that helps get rid of chronic constipation, allergies, psoriasis and liver pollution. Epsom salt for cleansing the intestines, this is a natural remedy, the effect of which is confirmed by medicine, it has a low price and availability.

According to the release form, magnesium for intestinal cleansing is available in the form of powder, packaged in bags or jars, and in ampoules as a solution for intravenous infusion. It is better to take magnesium sulfate for cleansing in the form of a powder suspension.

Epsom salt, as it is also called Glauber's salt, has a wide spectrum of action and has the following effects on the body:

  • dilates blood vessels;
  • has a choleretic effect;
  • calms the nerves;
  • relieves spasms and cramps;
  • has a diuretic and laxative effect;
  • saturates the cardiac system with magnesium.

Magnesium sulfate for cleansing the intestines is good because it is non-toxic and is largely not absorbed into the blood through the walls of the intestines and stomach. The part that has managed to dissolve in the blood is subsequently excreted by the kidneys, which exhibits a diuretic effect. The laxative effect is achieved by the influx of excess fluid from the body into the intestines, which soaks the feces, bringing them out. All effects of the drug develop within a few hours (from 4) and reach their peak a couple of hours after administration.

Salt for cleansing the body is mined in the mountainous regions of Siberia and the Caucasus. The powder received its second name because they initially learned to extract it from the sea waters of England.

For weight loss and to cleanse the intestines, I use magnesium in several ways:

  1. Baths with sulfate to remove toxins from the skin. This cleansing method is used for weight loss purposes, since Epsom salt draws out water, and in one session, waist size can noticeably decrease.
  2. Ingestion of the suspension is designed to cleanse the intestines, relieve constipation and allergic reactions. Also, a solution of magnesium sulfate powder can be used for a solution used for administering an enema.
  3. Compresses with magnesium solution are used for topical use.

Contraindications and side effects

The effectiveness of the drug is at its best, so you need to understand that magnesia does not always act gently and carefully. Before you start cleansing with magnesium sulfate at home, you need to make sure that there are no contraindications, because the effect of using the drug may be far from positive.

List of main contraindications to the use of magnesia:

  1. rehabilitation period after surgery;
  2. pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  3. dehydration of the body;
  4. heart blocks;
  5. pathologies in the gastrointestinal tract;
  6. cracks in the intestinal walls;
  7. for any inflammatory processes;
  8. renal failure;
  9. excess magnesium in the blood.

In order to avoid side effects drug, you need to find out whether there are contraindications and how to take the drug correctly. The dosage must be clearly calculated and individually adjusted. Most often, side effects occur when the rules of administration are not followed or the dose is exceeded. Overdose is manifested by the following symptoms:

  1. weakness;
  2. dizziness;
  3. nausea and vomiting;
  4. diarrhea;
  5. pain in the stomach;
  6. headache.

General rules and methods of cleansing with magnesium (magnesium sulfate)

Magnesium for colon cleansing has good feedback in people who have used this drug, but in order for the cleansing to take place without disappointment, you need to follow the rules for preparing and carrying out the procedure itself.

Basic rules for preparing for magnesium cleansing:

  1. A week before the start of cleansing, you need to give up all harmful foods in your diet: salty, fatty, sweet, carbohydrate and spicy.
  2. Start doing exercises at least once a day or get into the habit of walking before bed.
  3. Keep a paper diary in which you will need to take into account your daily weight, blood pressure and general well-being.

Also, for the safety of the procedure, you need to know how to take Epsom salts to cleanse the intestines at home. Cleansing the body with this product involves following certain rules of administration:

  1. It is better to start cleansing early in the morning around 6-7 am. Since the intestines are in an active phase at this time, you need to drink the suspension immediately after getting out of bed.
  2. Next, at intervals of 20 minutes, you need to drink a glass of clean water with the addition of a few teaspoons of lemon juice. After the first urge to go to the toilet and bowel movement, you no longer need to drink lemon water so often, but after each bowel movement.
  3. At the end of cleansing, clean water should leave the body.

The entire cleansing process takes about 5 hours. Typically, cleansing is carried out over several days. A magnesia solution for this type of cleansing should be prepared at the rate of 15 grams of sulfate per 100 milliliters of water. In the morning, the entire volume of the suspension is drunk. The duration of this course should be 7-10 days.

Epsom salts for colon cleansing: how to take correctly

For those who do not have free weeks to cleanse the body, there is a one-day cleansing technique. You need to understand that you cannot make any plans on the day of the scheduled procedure. This use of magnesium sulfate to cleanse the intestines is popular among women who are preparing to go on a diet or switch to proper nutrition.

How to use? To start cleansing you need to prepare:

  1. two liters of clean water;
  2. lemon juice (2-3 teaspoons);
  3. 25 grams of magnesium sulfate to cleanse the intestines.

The cleansing mixture is prepared overnight at the rate of 25 grams of powder per 200 milliliters of water. At the same time, you can prepare water with lemon to wash down the unpleasant taste of the magnesium solution. In the morning, drink the entire volume of the suspension on an empty stomach, immediately washing it down with a glass of lemon water.

After a few hours, the urge to go to the toilet and the first bowel movement will begin, after which you need to drink another glass of lemon water. Then, after waiting for the 4th bowel movement, you need to stop drinking lemon water. It is not recommended to eat throughout the day, but if you really want to, you can have a snack after the last bowel movement an hour later with some light vegetable salad.

Cleansing the body with this method is a little more complicated than the similar method described above, despite the fact that they are very similar. The one-day method does not always end in success, since complete cleansing in such a period is almost impossible.

Safe cleansing with magnesium sulfate

Drinking magnesium sulfate to cleanse the intestines should be done with caution and in moderation. In order for the cleansing process to be safe for the body, you need to carefully study the rules on how to take sulfate for cleansing.

Prolonged cleansing of the body is dangerous due to the following consequences:

  1. you can get dehydrated;
  2. intestinal dysbiosis;
  3. imbalance of water and salts throughout the body;
  4. leaching of potassium from the cardiovascular system;
  5. deterioration of intestinal motility.

In order to avoid getting uncomfortable symptoms of an overdose, you need to follow some precautions:

  1. in parallel with cleaning and after completing the procedure, you need to take a course of prebiotics for the microflora;
  2. it is important to comply water balance and drink at least two liters of fluid per day;
  3. To avoid damage to the anal mucosa, you need to lubricate it with cream or oil after each bowel movement.

Positive and negative sides of magnesia

The following points can be highlighted from the positive aspects of this tool:

  1. it can be used independently, it is only important to find out how to drink the drug correctly;
  2. this drug does not provoke symptoms of gastrointestinal irritation;
  3. Based on reviews, we can conclude that this remedy does not cause addiction to the body;
  4. Some of the precious magnesium is absorbed in the heart, improving the functioning of the body as a whole.

Main disadvantages:

  1. This medicine does not cure constipation, but only helps to get rid of it.
  2. you can get a violation of the water balance in the body;
  3. may cause problems with the kidneys.

No matter what cleaning method and purpose you choose, before you start, you should definitely consult with your doctor and find out the state of your body and the possibility of using magnesium sulfate.

Epsom salt or magnesia (magnesium sulfate) is a medical remedy, as they say, proven over the years. But it’s worth being critical of folk methods! Epsom salts are by no means a miraculous product of healers, and certainly not a “fat burner.” In medicine, magnesium is used in various fields and for various purposes. Sterile solutions are injected into a vein or muscle as an antispasmodic (a drug that relieves spasms) or a medicine for high blood pressure, but we are not interested in this, because our goal is to lose weight.

Magnesium sulfate is taken orally as a laxative, choleretic and antispasmodic. And as you know, cleansing the intestines is the first step to getting rid of extra pounds. Magnesia will help us with this! Just not inside: magnesium sulfate is an overly powerful “purgen”, but local baths and baths with Epsom salts remove toxins from the skin and excess water, and in general help to bring the skin into proper tone.

Epsom salt: how it works

Epsom salts, once in the intestines, are practically not absorbed. Like any salt, along a concentration gradient it attracts water, which as a result triggers intestinal motility, otherwise known as peristalsis. Approximately 4-6 hours after taking Epsom salts, the urge to defecate appears. That part of magnesium that is still absorbed and enters the bloodstream, and this is about 1/5 of the dose taken, stimulates the functioning of the kidneys. As a result, the person's urine output increases. Thus, with the help of Epsom salts, we engage our natural detoxification systems.

Experts have long proven that cleansing the body of toxins is a very important stage in the process of losing weight. Many people who lose weight in this way note that the desire to eat something “delicious”, that is, something clearly harmful to the body, becomes much less pronounced. Getting rid of “deposits” of feces and water in the intestines contributes to a rapid and significant reduction in abdominal circumference.

Epsom salt: rules of use

To take Epsom salts as a laxative, you will need half a glass of water and 10-30 grams of magnesium. You can purchase the dry substance magnesium sulfate at the pharmacy. Magnesium sulfate is dissolved in water and drunk. Epsom salts are recommended to be taken at night or early in the morning. To take a bath with Epsom salts, you will need more magnesium salt. So, about 1 kg of magnesium must be dissolved in a filled bath. Epsom salt baths are hot baths, the water temperature should be 38-40 degrees. In order for the salt to have time to act, you must stay in such a bath for at least 20 minutes. Water clarity may change, don't let that scare you. While taking a bath, it is recommended to drink 2-3 cups of green tea or just a liter and a half of drinking water.

In order to say goodbye to extra pounds and get your body in order, it is recommended to carry out so-called local baths and compresses. In particular, you need to generously moisten a napkin in a solution of Epsom salts, apply it to the problem area of the body (stomach, thighs) and wrap it over cling film. It is necessary to maintain such a “compress” for 15-20 minutes. To prepare the solution you need water (1/4 cup) and Epsom salt (1 tbsp).

Epsom salt: caution, caution!

It is clear that one procedure, be it taking Epsom salts orally or taking a bath, will not give a lasting effect. However, long-term or regular use of Epsom salts is not recommended by experts. What should I do? The “schedule” for taking Epsom salts to stimulate stool must be carefully drawn up, taking into account the individual characteristics of the body. On average, the procedure for cleansing the intestines during weight loss is carried out 1-2 times a month. With baths the situation is somewhat different.

A course of baths with Epsom salts is allowed, of course, provided that you tolerate them normally. So, the average course is 8-10 procedures. Another word of caution, Epsom salts are not for everyone. You should absolutely not take magnesium if you have intestinal diseases.

It is not recommended to take Epsom salts orally in case of severe heart and kidney diseases, as well as in case of fluid deficiency in the body (against the background of diarrhea, in the hot season, etc.). Salt baths are also not recommended during pregnancy, if high blood pressure and skin diseases (psoriasis, eczema).

Epsom salts: side effects

Taking Epsom salts internally can lead to severe fluid loss and, as a result, poor health. Not only harmful substances, but also some valuable salts for the body are excreted with feces and urine. The body can compensate for small losses, but irrational use of Epsom salt can lead to conditions that threaten human health and life: convulsions, cardiac arrhythmia, etc. Beauty, of course, requires sacrifice, but some problems are still better avoided.

However, taking Epsom salts for weight loss can be done safely and effectively. To do this, you just need to follow the recommended dosage of the drug and not exceed the permissible frequency of its administration.

  4. Apply cream.

Epsom salt is an ideal cocktail for the body, containing in addition to magnesium and sulfur, also oxygen and hydrogen. This combination, when used internally, has a rapid cleansing effect. Many people use a specially developed scheme for this, which researcher Bruce Five described in detail in his book “Detox”. According to him, it is possible to completely cleanse the liver and intestines of toxic accumulations in just two days.

Epsom salts for colon cleansing - how to take correctly:

  1. Stop taking medications or dietary supplements 48 hours before cleansing.
  2. On the day of the procedure, your breakfast and lunch (you need to eat before 2 pm) should consist of light foods: vegetables, porridge, fruits.

  8. After two hours, you can eat. Start with fresh juice, after 30 minutes eat some fruit, after another hour you can have a light lunch. In the evening you can return to your usual diet.

Another method that can be used to cleanse the intestines is a salt enema. To carry out the procedure, use 2 liters of water, 30 g of salt and 25 g of fresh lemon juice. An enema is done like this:

  • The prepared saline solution is poured into Esmarch's mug, which is suspended at a height of 1.5 m.
  • The person takes a knee-elbow position, the tip of the nozzle is lubricated with Vaseline and inserted into the anus to a depth of 7-10 cm.
  • Then the entire saline solution is gradually poured in and the intestines are cleansed.

It is advisable to give an enema in the evening after defecation. This procedure cleanses the body, improves the functioning of the digestive system, and eliminates stomach discomfort.

  • A cover for unscrupulous marketers and outright scammers who can advertise a miracle cure for all ailments called “Epsom salts that you won’t find anywhere but here” for money that is completely incomparable with real pharmacies prices. Alas.

That is why I will briefly tell you where to buy it.

With the help of bitter salt, they carry out emergency detoxification in case of heavy metal poisoning, save the lives of babies in case of threat of miscarriage, and stop seizures. In addition, in world medical practice, magnesium is used in the following cases:

  • Hypertonicity of the uterus during pregnancy or premature birth.
  • Spasmodic process during bronchitis or asthmatic attack.
  • Risk of cerebral palsy in premature newborns.
  • Persistent constipation, slow intestinal motility.
  • Bites of some insects - bees, gadflies, mosquitoes.
  • Muscle pain with cramps, sprains, bruises.

How to drink Epsom salt depends on the purpose of its use:

  • As a choleretic or diuretic, magnesium is taken in the form of a powder diluted in water. A single dose of 30 g of powder per 100 ml of water is recommended per day, which should be drunk 40 minutes before meals.
  • In case of poisoning with barium salts, it is recommended to drink 25 g of magnesium powder diluted with a glass of water. The duration of treatment is 3-4 days.
  • Epsom salts are an excellent laxative. It gently and quickly eliminates constipation and activates slow intestinal motility. To improve bowel movements, you need to consume 10 to 30 g of salt per day every day. You can take it in the form of a solution or powder, previously diluted in water.

The daily dose of magnesium sulfate for adults is 40 g. Exceeding the recommended dose can cause severe diarrhea, vomiting, and intestinal atony.

The use of Epsom salt is so extensive that it is produced in large quantities, in tons.

Most often, when they talk about application, they immediately start with medicine. Here magnesia is used as a laxative, choleretic, anticonvulsant, affecting nervous system and smooth muscles.

I remember a friend of mine was in the hospital for a month, probably in her second or third month, and she was given magnesium injections. After which she could barely move with tears in her eyes, holding on to her butt. Fortunately, this cup passed me by, so I only know from hearsay about the pain of this procedure.

It is also used as an antidote for poisoning with salts of mercury, lead, barium, and arsenic.

In any case, the use of this drug in any form should be agreed with a doctor, since there are quite important contraindications, without taking them into account you will get more harm than good.

For a laxative effect, you need to dissolve 20-30 g in 100 ml of water. This is for an adult. For children, take as many grams as the age of the child.

The maximum daily dose of magnesium sulfate for adults is 40 g.

Now a diet for weight loss using Epsom salts as a laxative has become famous and fashionable. To be honest, this method worries me. Well, undigested food remains and gases will leave the intestines, and yes, the stomach will visually shrink for a while. But there was no less fat, the problem remained. But the body received a lethal dose of magnesium, which hit the kidneys and the same intestines.

Reviews from those who have tried to do this are not always happy, especially the next day, when inflammation begins in the intestines. After all, what happens when magnesium enters the intestines, where does the laxative effect come from? It's simple. Magnesium sulfate is poorly absorbed by the intestinal walls, an excess of magnesium ions occurs, and increased osmotic pressure is created.

Hurray, laxative effect, supposedly “toxins” have been removed, my stomach has shrunk! But in reality, what? You just got rid of food that was not digested by your body faster than usual, that’s all. Moreover, we lost water and created a water deficit in the body. The numbers on the scales may please you, but here are yours. internal organs They definitely won’t say thank you for this.

It is no coincidence that the instructions for the drug say that use as a laxative is only possible occasionally, but not permanently. Moreover, the water will soon return, and with it the weight.

In addition to losing weight in the “beauty industry,” magnesium is used to take relaxing baths - they soften the skin and help relieve muscle pain, exfoliate dead skin. Some claim that such baths help you lose weight and lose weight.

In articles about losing weight with Epsom salt baths, it is written that weight loss, again, occurs due to the loss of a large amount of fluid. The same as when using this product internally. This is what stopped me from using bitter salt for these purposes. Do I need it? I don’t want to lose weight by losing water, I need to get rid of excess fat tissue. And I don’t have any excess water that needs to be disposed of.

So for those who want to lose weight this way, I advise you to think carefully about the consequences. There are more than enough contraindications that can be found in the medical instructions for the use of this substance.

Let me return to other ways of using bitter salt in cosmetology:

  • as a relaxing bath salt;
  • as part of bath bombs;
  • as part of a homemade face and body scrub for oily skin;
  • in pedicure baths;
  • sometimes used to treat very oily hair as a “dry shampoo”.

Epsom salts are often used for baths, which prevent the occurrence of cramps that often occur during sports. They can be taken by people doing water aerobics, swimming, Pilates, yoga, etc. In addition, salt baths promote weight loss, this is due to the following factors:

  1. Relieving irritation, normalizing the psycho-emotional state, so that there is no desire to “eat up” stress with high-calorie foods.
  2. Accelerates metabolism, since the reverse process contributes to excess weight gain.
  3. Sweating, which eliminates excess liquid, orange peel decreases.

Water procedures for weight loss, the basis of which is Epsom salt, should be carried out according to the following rules:

  1. Take a shower, scrub your skin with a ready-made product or ground coffee using massage movements. This will help cleanse the surface of the epidermis from dead particles and prepare the body for easy penetration of nutrients.
  2. Draw a bath so that the heart area is not immersed in water. The temperature should be 38-44 degrees.
  3. Add any of your chosen weight loss formulations that include magnesium or use special bath bombs.
  4. Lie down in the bath and drink green tea during the procedure. It contains antioxidants, and they will contribute to the rapid removal of breakdown products.
  5. After 15-20 minutes, rinse with cool water without using detergents or wipe with a damp towel.
  6. Put on a warm robe and lie quietly for about half an hour.

You need to use this method for losing weight 2-3 times a week for a month. To increase the result, you need to do an anti-cellulite massage before taking a bath. The compositions used for such water procedures can be prepared according to one of the following recipes:

  • magnesium sulfate (2 tbsp.) Soda (2 tbsp.) 12 drops of essential oils (lavender, grapefruit, juniper, rosemary, orange);
  • magnesia (2 tbsp.) olive oil (3 tbsp.) juniper ether (10 drops);
  • Epsom salt (2 tbsp.) sea and table salt (250 g each) ground ginger (1 tbsp.) apple cider vinegar (2 tbsp.);
  • orange peel (300 g, pour ½ liter of boiling water, leave for 24 hours) magnesium (2 tbsp.).

It is worth noting

Epsom salt, the price of which at the pharmacy is much more favorable than the cost of a cosmetic scrub, perfectly cleanses the feet of dead skin particles, not inferior to specialized products.

In addition to cleansing procedures in the form of peeling, Epsom salt is successfully used to improve skin condition through bathing.

Epsom salt baths have the following effects:

  • calm the nervous system;
  • eliminate muscle pain;
  • remove toxins and harmful substances;
  • reduce tissue swelling during inflammation;
  • fight cellulite;
  • promote better removal of dead tissue from the surface of the dermis;
  • relieve fatigue in the legs.

Bitter salt is very easy to use as a scrub. After softening your feet in warm water, rub the salt directly into the skin. You can do this with your hands, but it is better to use a foot brush. After exfoliating dead cells, feet are rinsed in warm water and dried with a towel.

To make exfoliation more effective and enjoyable, prepare a scented scrub mixture from the following ingredients:

  • Epsom salt - 1 cup;
  • liquid soap - 1 tablespoon;
  • vegetable oil - 1 third cup;
  • peppermint essential oil - 6 drops.

All components must be thoroughly mixed and used in the same way as regular salt. After the procedure with a scented scrub, your feet will not only become soft to the touch, but will also acquire a pleasant aroma.

How to properly take a bath with Epsom salts:

  • Salt baths for the body. Since Epsom has a calming and relaxing effect, this procedure should be done in the evening before bed. Shortly before taking a bath, you should drink at least one glass of water. The need for liquid is due to the strong cleansing effect of magnesia. One filled bath requires from 0.5 to 1 kilogram of bitter salt. The procedure time is about half an hour.
  • Foot baths with magnesium sulfate. To prepare a foot bath you will need 100 grams of Epsom. The procedure time is 15 minutes. After taking a bath, you can get a pedicure or be content with just this procedure. Foot baths with Epsom salts to treat sprains, mycoses and improve the skin of the feet require regularity. The minimum course of therapeutic baths is 10 procedures.

Epsom salts are sold in pharmacies, the price for 1 sachet of 25 grams is no more than 50 rubles. If you don’t find a miracle cure in the city’s pharmacy chain, you can easily order it in an online store online.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that in pharmacies the price of Epsom salts may vary depending on the manufacturer, name of the product and packaging. For example, magnesium sulfate powder costs from 35 rubles per 1 sachet (20-25 g), and Epsom bath salts - 600 rubles per 1 kilogram.

I have already said about the physical properties - white hygroscopic powder, highly soluble in water. Of the chemical properties, the most interesting are decomposition at high temperatures and interaction with concentrated sulfuric acid.

I think it will be a little difficult to make them at home, so I propose another experiment. Dissolve a small amount of dry magnesium sulfate in water and add to it a little sodium hydroxide obtained from “Mole” (I remind you that I have a blog about home experiments, without access to professional laboratory reagents, so we make do with household chemicals). A slightly soluble white precipitate of magnesium hydroxide precipitates.

When working with Krot, do not forget about safety rules, as it is a very caustic substance! Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Epsom salt is a common chemical compound of magnesium and sulfur. It is called differently: magnesia, bitter salt, and even Epsom salt. Epsom salts are sold in pharmacies, are inexpensive and are a fairly popular drug both in the hospital and at home. Magnesia is sold in the form of white crystals or an aqueous solution.

In its dry form, magic sulfate is similar to the table salt we are used to. It is also white in color, crystalline in structure, and slightly salty in taste. But that’s where everything in common with salt ends. Magnesia has a completely different chemical composition and gives a completely opposite effect on the body.

Epsom salts come from two sources: sea salt and carnallite minerals. Its beneficial qualities are determined by two components - magnesium and sulfur. Thanks to them, magnesia has the following properties:

  • Cleanses the body of unnecessary “garbage” - toxins, excess fats, radionuclides, waste products of helminths and viruses.
  • Rejuvenates and softens the skin, has a good antibacterial effect, and prevents senile keratosis.
  • Restores the destroyed bone tissue and joints, strengthens nail plates and hair follicles.
  • Promotes weight loss, helps to get rid of the “orange peel” faster.
  • Relieves pain in various rheumatic diseases, relaxes, promotes deep sleep.
  • Has whitening properties. It can be used to remove yellow plaque on teeth and whiten pigmented areas of the skin.

The unconditional benefits of Epsom salts are difficult to exaggerate or refute, but experts emphasize that it is not useful for everyone. There are many contraindications to the use of magnesium both internally and externally, which should not be neglected.

The use of magnesium sulfate solution orally is unacceptable for the following diseases:

  • Acute course of inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
  • Exacerbation of hypotension.
  • Intestinal obstruction.
  • Severe renal failure.
  • Persistent potassium deficiency.
  • Gallstone pathology.
  • Diseases accompanied by fever.
  • Risk of developing a heart attack.

Magnesia (Epsom salt) is not used for baths if:

  • Infectious skin lesions.
  • Tendency to allergic reactions.
  • Hypertension 3 degrees.
  • Increased intracranial pressure.
  • Gestations.
  • Varicose veins.

Wraps for belly and thighs

Epsom salts for wraps are rarely used, but experts recommend using this product in conjunction with other weight loss methods. You can prepare the mixture for the procedure manually by mixing ½ tbsp. water with 1 tbsp. l. magnesia and 10 drops of menthol or mint ether. Further wrapping must be carried out according to the following instructions:

  1. Soak a cotton cloth or piece of gauze in the mixture. Squeeze lightly.
  2. Wrap the problem area of the body. Wrap the top with cling film.
  3. Lie down under the blanket for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Remove the film, cloth, and rinse the composition from the body.
  5. Apply moisturizing, nourishing or anti-cellulite cream.

Other mixtures can be used for wraps, for example, compositions obtained by mixing salt with creams, gels, honey, clay, mustard, etc. Any of them will improve blood flow, lipid metabolism, tone, tighten the skin, eliminate cellulite, and accelerate intercellular metabolism. The procedure should be carried out 2-3 times a week in a course of 10 sessions.
